Here it is

FOX Sports 1 Insider Jay Glazer reports Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn is expected to take Falcons head coaching job once Seattle's postseason ends.

The Falcons brass can hire him if the Seahawks get eliminated on Sunday, but if Seattle advances to the Super Bowl, the Falcons must wait.

Glazer said that there seems to be a handshake agreement in place, even though nothing official can be signed.

The Falcons are allowed to speak to Quinn's agent all they want, it's totally within the rules. Quinn is allowed to speak with his agent all he wants. I've been saying its likely there is already a deal in place that is just awaiting Quinn's signature.

The NFL should rethink their coaching hires rules. A coach, such as Quinn, should be able to sign a contract before the Senior Bowl week of practices.

Quinn should have the right to lock down his coaching staff, beginning tomorrow. He should be given three days to take care of that stuff, then return to his duties in Seattle.

It really isn't fair to the coordinators who are trying to land a HC job. If their teams are consistently successful in the playoffs it hurts their chances because of how restricted the interviewing and hiring process is. Most teams won't wait like we have.

I'm sure he's already contacted people and lined them up in the event he's hired. If not, I'm sure he'll do that this week.
