All h.c's start as assistants. There's not a single coach that starts their career as h.c. obviously we have to take a shot at someone.

He has been a head coach before.

Man has he done an AMAZING job with the Ravens and their oline. If he can manage to bring a similar defense to what he installed with the texans, we would be a great team for years. I love his power run offense, and his use of TEs.

No he should not. He was too pass happy in this game. Didn't trust his running game enough and put the ball in Flacko's hand when Flacko couldn't throw a rock in a pond. Bad decision on Kubiak's part.

I said months ago that he would probably be my #1 guy. He is the only person I would really want above Rex at this point. It doesn't sound like we reached out to him during the week that we could.

I like his offense, the passing, and the zone run. He has been around some good defenses so, I think he would value the defense and bring in a competent coordinator for it. I don't think he is on our radar at this point though. Rex/Trestman is okay with me. If Seattle loses tonight, then Quinn/Shannahan is also very intriguing. Of course, Shannahan is in limbo because of his dad (SF/Oak).

Yea, have more money on the Cowboys losing in lambeau, should cover my bet.

@Torris, he did a very good job with the texans imo.

They had a good defense and good offense for a while but Kubiak, much like Smith was stubborn and the Texans never really fulfilled expectations, much like Smith. He chose to stick with Shaub and even extend him while he struggled mightily and it cost him. I think he is a good OC, I just can't see him having success as a head coach, especially here.
