Something To Consider Regarding Coaching Vs Front Office.

We've had two of TD's underlings get hired as GM's, both of whom have been reasonably successful in their time and have not been fired. Meanwhile, only one of our coordinators has gone on to be head coach for another NFL team, and he failed miserably and was fired quite quickly. Dimitroff isn't perfect, but he's had some bad luck with injuries, and we really aren't sure how many players he's hit on because our coaches wouldn't play them. For all we know with the right coaching, Sidbury and Mass could have been an extremely dangerous tandem. I think TD deserves another chance, albeit with perhaps a short leash, and the hiring decisions by other teams in the league seem to support that.
