Love that gif, and also telling people to 'JFGI' but I figured if there was going to be a thread starting about someone, some information would have been included.

well, he is a sophomore linebacker for UCLA, sometimes plays running back. Pretty good player, will probably be a top 20 pick next year.

So, like you said earlier, similar to Shaq?

I really hate all these converted LBs...call me a purist but give me a guy who actually knows how to play LB over one who's played RB for most of his career

Lookin at you, Anthony Barr.

the NFL isn't about old school linebackers anymore unfortunately. You need more athletic guys that can cover.

yeah, no kidding, but it's not exactly easy to cover when you've been covering players for 4-6 fewer years than the guys you're covering have been getting open against more experienced defenders.

Jimmy Graham played what, 1 year of football? He seems to be doing just fine. As long as you can play and you're smart to be able to make the transition, it shouldn't really matter. Myles Jack has played both ways since highschool, as has Shaq Thompson. I wouldnt really call them inexperienced, just versatile.

He is a top 10 pick in the draft next year. Think Patrick Willis, but more fluid in coverage. He was running routes for WR/TE. He recognizes plays reacts very, very fast accelerates thru the ball carrier. Also compares to B.Wagner, kuechly type of impact player at LBer. He simply flashes all game nobody what he is doing.

Jack is a LBer, they use sparingly at RB b/c he is just that special of a football player. As fresh he had 38 total carries and this yr. it is down to 28. I expect that trend of decreased touches to continue.
