What was the Falcons record in 2013?It wasn't out of line to expect the Falcons to do well in 2013. They had just come off an NFC championship game appearance, a game they should have won BTW. They also had several years of success behind them at the time and had and still have a franchise QB. The panties on the other hand had pretty much been the running joke of the league up until last year and only had success last year because of their defense. Their QB was and is still unproven. Lot of difference in talking about the Falcons coming out of the 2012 season and talking about the panties coming out of 2013..... A huge amount. I didn't say they were above anybody. At least not now they aren't. But to say there was not reason for great expectations coming out of 2012 is ridiculous. Yes they should have won the game! They didn't and I and other Falcons fans live with that everyday. If you want to get right down to it though both the Falcons and New Orleans are above Carolina and TB by the simple fact that each team has a viable QB. Something neither the panties or the bucs have. You can argue it till the cows come home but it won't change. Talk about delusional....the panties actually think Sham is the answer.....can't get anymore delusional than that!
