He beasts when he gets the ball. Smith has looked like sh*t the last four or so games. Quiz and Free aren't anything special. My real beef is with Alford. Pure trash as a corner and has no business on the field. I am glad they switched McClain out for Wilson, but now with McClain out, offenses have found a new DB to pick on.

many won't see you complaint...for all of you not paying attention...Alford was taken right before Lacy.

correct. but at the same time, we had just signed sjax to be a stopgap. maybe he should've been the top player on our board (apparently alford was). sucks how things panned out, i didn't like the alford pick anyway though.

Freeman should be odd man out imo. He's got plenty of years to develop and prove himself. To me at this point, he's just a less experienced Quizz.

Quizz is a gamer. He's smart and very situationally aware. He has a nose for the 1st down sticks. And today when he got the ball to the ref and got his helmet on so that we could spike the ball for the FG. That's smart football.

Smith is just fast. You can't coach speed. But he is NOT an inside runner. Ironically the way we were using him early in the season is the proper way. Change of pace in open field. Throw the screens to him not the WRs.

SJax ain't gonna outrun anyone. But if he gets to the LOS with momentum he is tough to stop. It's the cumulative effect he has on a defense that matters. It's punishing. He needs more carries imo. It also gives our young lineman more of an aggressive attitude to hopefully build confidence.

I don't hate SJAX I just don't know what we gain from him getting the majority of the snaps. I see more spark from Freeman. SJAX has had some huge holes to run through and with Freeman or Smith those 9 yard gains could be 20 yard gains. Smith has proven he just needs a small opening and he's gone.

Jax looks old and slow. Makes contact, because he has no ability to avoid it. Zero burst, does fine when he goes straight ahead up field. Pretty average now.

yeah... average of 3.8 yards a carry and he doesn't get 2nd half carries where he is most effective.....sjax has been the most consistent falcon of 2014....if you disagree please tell me who has been more consistent than sjax......its sad, but its true

freeman and smith are little scat backs...they can't carry the load....quick guys yes, fast guys, yes....but lets get real....the only way they are going to be successful is with a bell cow paving a smooth road for them to run on.....gotta get off of the smurfs getting the carries...that only works in madden

Let the flaming begin, but I'm not a fan of Trufant. He's sticky with the receivers but he has ZERO ball skills. If I were a quarterback, I wouldn't be afraid to test him because if my receiver doesn't catch the ball, then the ground will. He would have 5+ interceptions right now if he could catch.

Passes that aren't caught are good too
