Pick One Player From Each Position To Keep...

Just to see what everyone thinks. I'm sure there will be a lot of similar answers.

QB- No need to answer.

RB- Antone Smith. I was thinking Freeman bc he is younger but Antone has made too many plays this year and last to pass.

TE- Levine Toilio. Not much to choose from.

OL- Jake Matthews. Another no brainer. Had some bad plays but is going to be great for us.

WR- Julio Jones. I love Roddy but Julio is a game changer.

DE/OLB Jonathan Massaquaio. I really think he can get us 10 sacks a game.

DT. Rashede Hageman. Young and quick. Needs some work but has showed up lately.

ILB- Prince Shembo. Hasn't played as much as Worrilow and Bartu but Shembo seems like a better option then them two.

CB- Trufant. Honestly can be in the top 2 or 3 CBs in this league if it wasn't for his dropped INTs.

S- Kemal Ishamel- a lot of ppl going to say Willy Moore but I really feel that pro bowl for Moore over rated him. Ishamel is young and wants to win.

QB: Matt Ryan

RB: Antone Smith

WR: Julio Jones

TE: Can I pick no one? If I had to than I'll take Toilolo. Or should I say Toilet Bowl.

OL: Jake Matthews

DE: Jonathan Massaquoi

DT: Ra'Shede Hageman

LB: Paul Worrilow

CB: Desmond Trufant

S: Willie Moore

This but Ill keep Southward and Freeman instead of Willie Mo and Antone. Edited by FentayeJones

I honestly don't think Atlanta has any players that are keepers. The closest one would be Antone Smith. Everyone else are average to below average. I guess Matt Bryant would be one other. After Julio's surgery he's nothing special any longer. Every team now knows if you pressure Ryan he flakes. If Worrilow was able to cover I'd keep him.

Julio is not special, but Antone is....what a troll.

Lost his edge? His issues have been his hands. His explosiveness is still elite.

Yeah, I have heard more than one announcer say "He looked like he was launched out of a cannon" this year. It's not his athleticism that is the problem right now. Just needs to work on his hands and last I checked he never had surgery on his hands.

QB - Matt Ryan - give him an Oline and a RB and he won't need a bunch of WRs

RB - Devonta Freeman - has the best overall RB skills. Needs to learn how to block

FB - Patrick Dimarco - not bad but we could do better. Run the dam ball with a FB

WR - Julio Jones - pay him Top 8 money and hope like hail he stays healthy

TE - Levine Toilolo - put a JUGS machine in his basement. Draft or sign a real TE next year

OL - Jon Asamoah - our best Olineman. By far

DE: Jonathan Massaquoi - our best pass rusher. Put that mofo on the field and send him after the QB

DT: Paul Soliai - play him in a 0 tech where he belongs. Even if we have to switch to a 3-4

LB - Paul Worrilow - nice two down run stopper. Get him out on passing downs though

CB - Desmond Trufant - nobody else even close and I'm not really enamored with him

SS - Kemal Ishmael - playing better than WillyMo. Got some pop. As bad as Willy in coverage but he's cheap

FS - Dezman Southward - I'd move him to free. Has the best range. Has played corner before

I pick the same list except for LB - i am going with Worrilow over Shembo only cause I have not seen enough of Shembo. Spoon is not even a consideration since he has become the star of the training room.

Same for Ishamel over Moore: you gotta be able to stay on the field to be on my team.

QB- TJ Yates, DA Futur!!! J/k Ryan duh

RB- Antone for sure, dude really needs to learn how to block tho.

FB- DiMarco (man I wish we still had Snells)

WR- Julio obviously

TE- Toilolo is the guy but he needs to soften up his hands a bit

OT- Jake

OG- Blalock and Asamoah are both pretty solid, but I'd take asamoah in a heartbeat over Blalock.

C- Hawley for sure

Slot Receiver - Hester

NT- Soliai, Hageman still has a lot to prove

DT- Peters

OLB- Massaqoui

ILB- Shembo

CB- Tru, but I like Rocky too, would keep both

NCB- Bobby Mac, Wilson is pretty good but he doesn't have the ballhawk skills McClain has

SS- Moore is still our best Safety, even with a down year last year

FS- Southie, why the heck hasn't this dude gotten more snaps on D? He is almost as good at ST as Antone and lightning fast. He's also made the most of his time on D. Screw Lowery, unneeded for anything but vet support for the rook.

So despite Julio having two subpar games in a row, he is still averaging close to 100 yards per game this season... yet he's "lost his edge"? GTFO

Dude must a just became a falcon fan this season, anyone who's watched him since '11 would love having him over any playmaker on our team aside from maybe Matty ice. Even the people that don't want him here is due to his draft cost, not his talent.

Really? Explain how Antone gets 1/8 of the snaps as Julio but is more productive? If that makes me a troll, your just a box of rocks

Do teams game plane for Antone like they do Julio?

I like Smith, can even get behind giving him a shot to start, but watching you say he is the only player worth keepin, therefor the best on the team says it all.

Sorry i called you a troll, i just figured there was no way you were serious making such a dumb comment. But then you suggested moving him RB, so i know it was just a dumb comment. So by your theory Smith would be RB1 and Julio Jones RB2? Who is our new WR1?
