gradybaby33
Me personally i think the firing should began at the very top. Rich McKay, is the guy that hired td. He sucked as a gm and he also sucks as president. He has been blanks right hand man since blank bought the team. Yet haven't did squat. He is a **** good accountant i will give him that, however being able to crunch numbers on salary cap haven't garnered anything for us as fans. In order for this team to get better, they have to change identities and i fear with this dud at the top,we will forever be soft. Him picking Jamaal Anderson over Patrick Willis should have been grounds for firing years ago. Where would this defense had been had he got that one pick right. The whole regime needs to go starting with McKay, however he is probably Arthur's one sacred cow,. Just my opinion
etherdome
McKay is the guy that put the new stadium deal together. Blank is probably very, very happy with McKay. I don't see a reason to dump the guy. You also have to realize that Tommy was hired by the tandem of McKay and Blank. Ernie Accorsi was their special consultant at the time. RS91
McKay has nothing to do with the product currently on the field. I think Blalock and Roddy are the only two of his draft picks left on the roster. What I never understood is how he managed to convince Blank to not only continue employing him, but give him a promotion after being an absolute failure as a GM. I agree its time for a change in coaching staff and GM, but president? The h3ll does that guy have to do with anything...

Mr. Lubba Lubba©
McKay has nothing to do with the product currently on the field. I think Blalock and Roddy are the only two of his draft picks left on the roster. What I never understood is how he managed to convince Blank to not only continue employing him, but give him a promotion after being an absolute failure as a GM.Maybe Blank recognized his abilities outside of talent evaluation. Getting a stadium deal done is a huge deal, and McKay is also an integral part of the NFL Competition Committee.

I don't see a reason to dump the guy. You also have to realize that Tommy was hired by the tandem of McKay and Blank. Ernie Accorsi was their special consultant at the time.Should have done what I suggested back in March. Let McKay be responsible for putting our DLine together. He's pretty good at that. Not bad in Tampa with Sapp, Rice, McFarland, Ahanotu and Jones. They were as beaters. He added Abe, Coleman, Grady, Babs and Chauncey to Kerney, Hall, Brady and Jasper in his first three years here. Arguably our best DLine era of all time. Had a couple top 10 rush defenses and averaged 37 sacks per year in his four year tenure. Dimi's averaged 29 sacks per year.
