Dirtybird#11
Ryne, you think it's the coaching? Or the player? Is he in your opinion still recoverable?Definitely the player. If he don't wanna run in practice what makes you think he will ball out in games?
I Even Bleed Red
People always yell at me for saying he's not a good pick up. They say it's too early for a rookie DT. While I agree with those people, I also know that a great future DT shows some flashes, even in his rookie year. Hageman hasn't shown me anything. RYNE
Ryne, you think it's the coaching? Or the player? Is he in your opinion still recoverable?I think it's the player. In college the knock on him was he is highly inconsistent. Difference is in college he was big enough and strong enough to make plays and overcome weaker players. In the pros it isn't gonna work.People always yell at me for saying he's not a good pick up. They say it's too early for a rookie DT. While I agree with those people, I also know that a great future DT shows some flashes, even in his rookie year. Hageman hasn't shown me anything. He's awful. I've seen him doubled teamed several times after getting pressure the play before. He has also blocked a kick. Stop slandering the guy. LookAboutFalcon
I hated the pick, lived of his athleticism in college, has no technique and get's gassed out easily, showed in Hard Knocks.
atlGM
I wait until next year when we get a real coaching staff and gm that knows how to put together a good team before I quit on Hageman
