pzummo
First off, I owe everybody here an apology. There were 2 games this season I wasn't able to wear my jersey watching the game. Those 2 games were the Saints and the Bucs. Through 5 games I thought it was just a coincidence, but now I know better. I will not wear my jersey until we lose again. So I used to claim jynx, but I was always half joking about it. No more. I am now a believer. I'll make this quick, and I have the text string to prove I'm not lying or exaggerating. My friend texts me to ask if I'm watching the Colts vs Texans. I replied no because I felt like I was jynxing my FF players when I watched them. Hilton had 140 yards in the first quarter. I said F it, I'm watching this, and I was up 14-3 in FF. The first play I see is Foster run it in for a score, and that was the guy with 3. About halfway through the 3rd, I saw Foster get another TD, I was down 25-15, and I couldn't watch anymore. Hilton had 1 catch the entire time, and I didn't even see it because I was in the bathroom when it happened. I text him I'm cutting it off. Within a minute, Hilton got another 50 yards and a TD. I left it off, Foster did nothing the rest of the game, and I end up 28-25 after the game. I didn't watch my other players and I destroyed the guy I played.Basically, the jynx is real. The Falcons pathetic displays have been my fault. The Ryan jersey is staying in the closet where it belongs. Falcons win!

pzummo
So here is the question. If I don't wear my jersey and we win, how many of you will believe in this jynx? How many would be ok with me wearing my jersey for our next game?
Tribal Chief
I used to think me shaving before the game was the reason they won in 2012,then last season happened.

Miller2Rison
well, i have a friend from detroit and we alway bet on the falcons/lions games and the falcons always beat the lions which that will probably be the game we win that keeps us from getting the #1 over all draft pick. my bad

PokerSteve
Even if the spread is like Ravens +30 points, I still would have to bet on the Ravens. But as Karst just said in a post above this one, you better not bet either side of a Falcons game. No way to win with this team no matter which way you go.
