Sheldon Cooper
Also mock draft.1-OT-Andrus Peat- Baker is a cap casualty since Matthews is already better. Holmes, Carimi, and Schraeder are good depth. Carimi gave up two sacks to willie Young yesterday. He is solid in relief though and can play OG. 2-ILB-AJ Johnson- We need atleast one that was drafted and actually played MLB in college.3-OLB-Alvin Dupree- Osi may well need to move on and there is little talent here in rd 1 unless reaching. Maybe Biermann will be better a year after surgery. Maybe Massaquoi will become the man. Maybe Maponga or Starr will develop. Looks bleak unless we splurge in FA.4-DL-Darren Lake- It is time for Babinaux to gaux. He gets into the back field on occasion but he misses the tackle when he does. Peters needs to be re-signed and will hopefully be better a year after surgery as well. 5-CB-Ladarius Gunter- Love his size and this is a strong position that could yield value late. We need someone to knock Alford out of starting line up or inside if he can cut it there. Gunter is 6-2, tackles, covers, and has ball skills. 6-TE-Jake McGee- May just be a practice squadder but who knows late in draft. A body cant hurt at this position.7-WR-Kevin White- Good enough hands. He's 6-3 and seems like a good fit for Ryan on the outside. Roddy needs to move permanently to slot and work the #3 CB. We need a surprise #2 WR to emerge. TE class is weak so FA may be only avenue or stand pat. Toilolo needs to work diligently on his hands or he will be a bust. direwolf
Right now, we could well end up with another top 10 pick. Too high for a right tackle.

Macintez
First thing's first...Let go of Smith and/or Dimitroff. Get a tier-1 pass rusher from FA, pay him whatever he wants. Bring in either Rod Chudzinski, Rex Ryan, or Dan Quinn to HC...1. Trade down2. Draft Collins, the run blocking mauler from LSU or McKinney from Miss State3. Draft a guard and a pass rusher to complement the pass rusher we beg to sign here (Either Houston or Orakpo)4. Try to win games. Macintez
You forgot competent linebackers...McKinney is the best ILB prospect who could also play OLB. He's 6'5 240 with sideline to sideline speed. He could possibly be our first pick next draft.
Gold4425
IMH0 Lionel Vital who has been Director of Personnel has been a major part of this mess. TD and MS get the blame and rightfully so and TD has the last say so but like most CEO's it is Vital Scouting Department who scouts the player's, do the groundwork and interviews, rank em etc. I doubt if TD gets that involved with that until Draft discussions. This means Vital's group has built one of the most top to bottom talent depleted roster's in the NFL. He has help TD reach for players, he has been responsible for scouting and getting info on all these players (ex-Jags) we pick up. Every team misses some in draft's and FA's but boy we must be losing out on around 60 or more percent. Someone in his scouting Department avoids SEC players like a plague or just don't think they are any good. But what do I know, TD and MS may do it all if so forgive me Vital. But our Player Personnel decisions leave a lot to be desired.
vel
Don't get the love affair with Harbaugh. He's Andy Reid with a fiery personality. And McKinney isn't the best ILB in the draft Macintez.

And McKinney isn't the best ILB in the draft Macintez. He's much better than Reid in my opinion. He knows how to use his best players and his team is usually ready for the big games unlike Smith. He's been at least to the NFCCG in every year he's been a head coach which is far from easy coming straight from college. If he was our head coach along with Ryan as DC we would truly be a contender. Ryan is also good during the postseason. He almost reached the SB in his first two seasons with freaking Mark Sanchez, plus his defenses are always good. blackredfellow
Well if Kevin White is there in the seventh yea, we'd be idiots not to get him. No way he lasts that long

Better comparison?I'm all for Rex Ryan as DC. I just don't get the love for Harbaugh, especially with his attitude. His brother is better. Jynxed
When we get a top 10 pick ( I don't think it's an IF at this point honestly) we have to go after a play maker on D.I love Jim Harbaugh but if he runs himself out of SF I don't really think he's someone I would want here and I doubt Art would either. GleasonForever!
Why does Peters need to be resigned? Maybe because he plays for us that some many people think he is awesome. He is so average to me. I'd rather draft Danny Shelton from Washington in the 2nd( 7 sacks at 339lbs) or get J. Odrick in FA from Miami than resign Peters. We need a remake on the D Side of the ball. Some of the people on this board have to stop settling with mediocracy. 3rd round pick out of Kentucky. Of all the SEC schools TD drafted a lineman from KENTUCKY Edited October 13, 2014 by GleasonForever!

If you draft a RT now they will sit at RT.
