The NFL has over 1800 players under contract.

No.1

Approx. 3 or 4 players get into some kind of serious or semi-serious trouble at a time. That's approx. 1/10 of ONE percent. Are you kidding ?? ANY corporation would be proud of that statistic. But because it's the NFL and they make tons of money the media can't stand NOT to demonize them.

No.2

How about the other 1799 players that stay out of trouble and give up their free time to the community.......schools.......hospitals........clubs & organizations, raising MILLIONS of $$$$$$ annually for tons of different causes & charities across America ??

Where's the publicity on this ?? Why aren't there front page stories on this ??

How many corporations or companies do as much ??

Over the past 10 years Americans have been manipulated and herded like cattle by an elite and liberal media with their own warped agendas........and like the dopes we are, we all start believing the rubbish spoon fed by the hour over 50 different media outlets by hundreds of these barking dogs all seeking their Holy Grail.........some sort of Pulitzer Prize or whatever.

Wake up !! Start challenging these pompous lunatics !!

the media makes a living by tearing down heroes. its all they do. it has literally been non-stop scandals in sports over the past few years.

sports are my escape from the real world. im sick of watching people try to ruin that.

Media makes a living off of tearing down heroes???

I guess the media put a gun to Rice, Hardy, McDonald and made them beat those women?

The media made Jameis Winston steal crab legs shoot BB guns in to windows rape(allegedly) etc.

Maybe it's your fault for thinking these guys are "heroes"

Never heard of guilty until proven innocent? You don't know what happened with Mcdonald but you assume he beat a women. You do know in most DV cases whoever gets to the phone first gets the other charged

I don't care where you're from. Rumor is he hit the kid in the ballz too. What kind of parenting is that?

As twisted as you might view how other people live you have no right to tell someone how to raise their kid. Would I hit my child in the balls? Not at all and I believe that's a fish tell any way but who are you to judge? Don't throw rocks living in a glass house I'm sure you wouldn't last a minute if the public constantly was in your private affairs. Getting paid millions or not you shouldn't have to be perfect just to keep your job

I'm the person who doesn't beat his wife or child. That's who I am to judge. I'm also pretty sure domestic violence/child abuse/numerous failed drug tests/everything else that has been spoken of in this thread would get me fired from my job.

Greg Hardy has already been found guilty by a judge and nothing happened to him until the Panthers saw all the heat the Vikings got about Peterson. Then, and only then, did they take action against Hardy. And nobody has even said anything about this. It's like it never happened, and it happened all the way back in June.
