marcVA
I am pretty satisfied with our running back by committee. Satisfied enough that i think we can trade away one of them for a future pick. Steven Jackson is with is for one more year and if he stays healthy can be a great asset for us, especially in the red zone, but i don't think he has any trade value left. We'll keep him.Devonta Freeman is our future back and is showing TONS of potential. Enough said. KEEPJaquizz Rodgers has incredible skills and is great at pass blocking. I don't understand why people think he's not that good to be a backup. He played well enough for us last year to prove to me that he can hang and be a starting rb for another team. TRADE!Antone Smith has improved vastly and a few times already (preseason and week 1) he's made nothing out of something. He's still young and a team can use him as a change-of-pace back. TRADE!I'd trade any of the last two, no? BAL is in need of a rb right now, so why not be in talks with them? We could possibly get a 4th or 5th for one of them? That would still leave us with 3 backs and could then get Devonta more touches!!LET'S DO IT!!

jluk
Steven Jackson doesnt care about the rushing yards now. The whole RB by commitee is good enough to get Jackson to the playoffs fresh and let loose.
TheFatboi
Nope. I love exactly what we have. Each one brings something different and present headaches for DC's and defenses. I'd pass.
Mr.11
Are you INSANE? Trade Antone after you just saw him break tackles and burn the secondary? We just started using him in our offense for goodness sakes and you already want to trade him for an unproven player.
Carl927
Let's wait until they're old and used up. Then we can give our toys to goodwill.
shockerfalcon
No team is gonna give us more than a 7th rounder for either quizz or smith. They are both in a contract year and neither are feature back material. With that being said why on earth would you want to weaken the offense after a performance like that especially considering how awful the defense is
Deep2Julio
Let's wait until they're old and used up. Then we can give our toys to goodwill. This, I'm sure Oakland will want Quizz whenever he's 32-33.
putnam6
Think they are gonna need everyone of them throughout the year. I dig the flexibility if one isn't working you use another.
jdawg4876
the only one I would remotely think about trading is quizz and that would have to be for a pretty good LB nobody named starr, smith, or Pat
Sun Tzu 7
This sounds nice but it sounds like he's really overestimating RB trade value. This is the NFL and 'depth' RBs grow on trees.
xiv_T_E_C_O_
Four RB's on the roster is one too many...that said, no way would I get rid of any of these guys. The more weapons and security we have the better off we are. Edited September 9, 2014 by xiv_T_E_C_O_

Deep2Julio
I really do like our 4RB system though. It helped us a lot against the Saints, and it's also one of the reasons they lost. I'm so glad we didn't have to go against Sproles or Ivory.
hjerry
We do not have a good running back core. We have a serviceable running back core, that can suit our needs b/c of how versatile their skill set are. None of them are good enough on their own to garner anything more than a 7th, if that. The only exception is maybe Freeman, but why would you trade a rookie? Also, if you were to trade one away, then you would negate the very reason, that this was proposed in the first place. Our previously serviceable running back core, would not even be that anymore. So yea, no.

Guest facelessman07
If a team would be STUPID enough to trade us a first rounder for Antone then yes, I'll gladly rip them off. Use that ammo to draft Gurley

Imagine if they used smith back then. Maybe Smith was the X factor for us in '12 and didn't use him. Smh.
