Showtyme8383
Mark Ingram Vs Paul Worrilow. Both players have alot to prove. Both have had a great off season, and productive pre season. Now, its time...Ingram is showing that powerful, Alabama type running back the Saints hoped for when they drafted him. I honestly think he is going to have a great season. Worrilow has put on some muscle, is in his 2nd yr of our scheme, and is the signal caller on defense. The Falcons have been very vocal about their desire, and need to stop the run. While the chatter picks up about certain match-ups and scenarios, one key battle to watch on sunday.... Mark Ingram vs Paul Worrilow.Go Falcons!!! #RiseUp
Coach_Petrino
I sure do hope that the Saints hand the ball to Ingram often. I think that plays to our strength on D and their weakness on O.

Showtyme8383
Pierre Thomas is another tool for Sean Payton. I agree. But, the way Ingram has been running the ball lately, he is gonna take some "touches" away from Thomas.

Showtyme8383
I agree. And the Saints are gonna test our "Toughness" that we have been so vocal about. Ingram is gonna get the ball, all while setting up Brees to go down field. We gotta stop Ingram to have a chance.

GrumpyGrumbler
Front 7 has to do their job. I don't expect average players to become great or even good so in order for them to play better the people around them have to play better. The best way to make an average player look good is is surround him with better players so he can maximize his talent by relying on the things he is good at. For both Ingram and Worrilow a large part of that will depend on their line's play.

We gotta run some different looks, and when the ball comes out quick... Get our hands up!!

ImHighNoLie
Ingram looks like the real deal this year. He will be fed the rock early on to try and establish the Saints rhythm on offense and open up the play action deep downfield. If we stop the run early on, we win. If not, things could get ugly quick. Also means our offense needs to produce long drives on offense as well. Give our defense time to rest and give us some moxy. This is arguably the biggest game we've played against the Saints in the past two seasons. 2012 was their down year, 2013 was our down year. This year is for all the marbles.Stop Ingram, Hit Brees, Run the ball ourselves. That will equal a close game and possible W.
TheFatboi
Falcons have always been soft against the NO pass...w/o a good rb. Give Brees nowhere to step up.He hasn't had one good running back per se but he's had a great overall rushing attack with their RBBC. They've been a top 10 rushing team with not 1 thousand yard rusher. That makes their rushing attack very misleading. They're good collectively. AndySG
If somebody is better in a contract year then doesn't that just mean they haven't been trying aside from that? Not sure how I would take that as a teammate.

Showtyme8383
Paul Worrilow vs. Drew Brees.Yeah, that too. If Brees can just hand the ball off and beat us, he will. It starts with Mark Ingram.
Kevo
Keep an eye on RB Khiri Robinson as well ( very similar to Chris Ivory as a runner, but more durable and a better pass catcher )
Lornoth
The Ain'ts RB's better hope it doesn't come down to a 1v1 against Worr. He hasn't been beaten in that situation by an RB yet.
Showtyme8383
Keep an eye on RB Khiri Robinson as well ( very similar to Chris Ivory as a runner, but more durable and a better pass catcher )Yeah, Pierre Thomas too. The pass catching RBs are part of the passing attack, and require a diff type of gameplan for our defense. Ingram is gonna run the ball, so stopping the run, Ingram is the focus. He rolls over our defense all game but Worr puts him flat on his back without a single yard further gain.
