I don't see the Bengals cutting him, but if they did, I'd absolutely be interested. We could definitely use another veteran body at TE. As mentioned, he'd be the best pass catcher at the position by far and he's a decent blocker too.

How is his blocking? It be an interesting addition, but if he can't block,it wouldnt work well with what we want out of our TEs this season

The Bengals kept him in blocking quite a bit last year. He's not bad at all.

haven payed much attention to him wince the draft so I wasn't sure but if he is a good blocker, he would be a good pick up for this offense

If he's let go we absolutely should. Honestly, when I look at the TEs we have in camp right now I still think Dimitroff is going to pick up a TE. Just waiting on some camp casualties.

I'd be surprised if they let him go though. Still not sure why they moved Orson to fullback though. Hard for me to believe the guy was that lost at TE.

No way they cut him, he's young and very good all around as a TE.

If he is cut we better start throwing cash at him though. With the possible exception of Lolo (Depending on progression) he'd be far and away our best Catching TE, and he might be our best blocking TE too, it'd be close between him and Pascoe. He'd definitely be our best all around TE.

this means nothing.

He has been productive every season, is 26, makes 2 million dollars and is a 6'5 260 1st round TE.

How does cutting him make their team better/why would they do it?

This isn't Peria Jerry or Jamal Anderson we're talking about

responding to the part where you said he isn't getting cut because he is a first rounder. That means absolutely nothing
