I Really Try To Understand...can You Help ?

Recommended Posts

I believe that every human being is a divine creation.

Having said that.....when people engage in name calling, I see the name calling as

exaggerated slander, comical slander, or verbal folly.

If someone calls me a fa***t, co***ucker, Tea Party moron, Christian *******, etc. etc. etc. I see these remarks

as exaggerated, like Bugs Bunny is an exaggeration of a real bunny. I see it as an exaggeration because obviously

a divine creation is far from any of those things so how can you see it any other way.

Even if I were a homosexual, and someone called me a fa***t, I wouldn't be offended, because I wouldn't see myself

as just a "fa***t", but rather a divine creation who fell into the sin of homosexuality.

I called myself a panzy, bedwetting, liberal socialist piece of human debris when I was younger, now obviously, in my mind

Im engaging in verbal folly or extreme humility because I certainly in reality see myself as more valuable than a piece of human

debris as everyone else also.

As I've stated before, I get offended about once every 10 years, if that much......but what underlying belief systems are operating

between the ears of people so diametrically different from me as far as sensitivity goes ?

Because for the life of me......I wouldn't expect it on a football message board.

Can anyone explain it ?

^^^Still dodging the question - So you are engaging in "exaggerated slander, comical slang, and verbal folly" when you call people "libtards"?

Yes or no?

Answer my just as ridiculous question....."Do you really believe there is a suppository for Obama voters"?

I'm a Mormon in the middle of Southwest Missouri. I am almost unanimously persecuted when my religious beliefs are brought up in a discussion regarding God. Atheists are persecuted. Muslims are persecuted. Even Catholics are persecuted. Protestants are NOT persecuted. Quit playing the world's smallest violin and accept the fact that your beliefs reconcile with 80 percent of the freakin' country.

That's simply not true. Christians are the most persecuted people in the world. http://www.newstates...religious-group

Our Founder was even killed.

I asked first - So you are engaging in "exaggerated slander, comical slang, and verbal folly" when you call people "libtards"?

Answer the question or STFU. You're looking like a first class moron in this thread.

It's not HaHa funny but its funny because my uncle got laid off in Las Vegas and got a job in SLC, Utah. He converted to Mormon from Catholicism so he wouldn't feel left out. He isn't much of a Christian. He just goes to church to keep up appearances.

You should move to Utah. It's beautiful there too.
