Madden Scouting In Real Terms

So according to NFL.com (http://www.nfl.com/scoutsglossary) there are terms that apply to scouting specifically. Such as High-Motor, Gunslinger, Catch Tackler, etc.

Which of these terms go to which ratings in Madden in your opinion?

I would say:

High-Motor Player (All) (Energy Player, Relentless, Effort)

High Motor = Yes, Stamina > 80, Acceleration > 80,

Gunslinger (QB) (High Risk/High Reward Throws, Talented Passer)

Sense Pressure (Ideal, Oblivious, Trigger Happy, Average), Forces Passes (Aggressive, Conservative), Awareness < 90

Bend-and-Burst (Pass Rusher) (Turn Corner with Balance, Body Control, Explosiveness)

Agility > 80, Acceleration > 85, Finesse Moves > 83, Speed > 80,

Anchor (O-Linemen) (Stop Penetration, Balance, and Body Control):

Height > 6'3", Agility > 65, Strength > 90, Pass Blocking > 87, Impact Blocking > 88, Pass Blocking Strength > 90, Pass Block Footwork > 89

Explosive (Skill Player) (Suddenness, Acceleration In Space, Quick Burst):

Acceleration > 95, Speed > 90, Agility > 85

Explosive (Pass Rushers/Coverage Linebackers)

Acceleration > 85, Speed > 82, Agility > 80

Kick-and-Slide (Offensive Tackle) (Retreat Shuffle from Line-of-Scrimmage, Mirror Rusher's Moves, Body Control)

Agility > 65, Pass Block Footwork > 89, Stamina > 65, Awareness > 78

Ball Hawk (Defensive Back) (High Volume Production, Exhibits Instincts, Ability to Read QB)

Plays Ball In The Air = Aggressive or Balanced, Awareness > 79, Play Recognition > 82,

3-Technique (Defensive Tackle in a 4-3 Defense) (Aligns on Guard's Outside Shoulder, Aggressive at the Line of Scrimmage, Athletic DT)

280lbs < Weight < 310lbs, Strength > 85, Acceleration > 75, Power Moves > 90, Block Shedding > 85, Stamina > 70

Fork Lift (Defensive Lineman/Pass Rushing OLB) (Two-Hand Power Manuever, Strength, Bull Rush)

Run-and-Chase (Pass Rushers) (Backside Pursuit, Acceleration, Quickness)

Catch-Tackler (Defensive Players) (Fails To Deliver Blow, Absorbs Contact)

Anticipation (QB) (Predicts WR Break, Awareness, Finds Open Spot)

Sense Pressure = Ideal, Forces Passes = Ideal, Awareness > 90, Throw Accuracy > 85, Short-Medium-and-Deep Accuracy > 85 all categories

Alligator Arms (Any Pass Catcher) (pass catcher's failure to extend his arms to catch balls in traffic)

Drops Open Passes = Yes, Catching < 85, Catch-In-Traffic < 83, Weight < 200lbs

Robotic (Typically Pass Catchers) (not fluid in his movements, exposing his intended direction to defenders)

Route Running < 80, Agility < 80, Acceleration < 85,

Acrobat (Typically Pass Catchers) (ability to make a tough adjustment with his body while in motion)

Agility > 85, Elusiveness > 80,

Waist-bender (Offensive Linemen) (doesn't bend his knees when engaging defenders, which limits his balance and makes him more susceptible to counter moves)

Agility < 60, Pass Block Footwork < 80, Pass Blocking < 82

Swim move (Defensive Players) (defender uses an arm-over maneuver (resembling a freestyle swimming stroke) to get past a blocker)

Utilizes Swim Move = Yes, Strength > 75, Finesse Moves > 85, Block Shedding > 88
