1st rd Matthews (We need to protect our Franchise QB. Period)

1st rd Kony (trade back into 1st rd. Compared to Aldon Smith)

or

1st rd Clowney (if he's there. Best available player on the board)

1st rd Pryor (trade back into 1st rd. Need to replace Decoud)

I'm not sure how kony fits into a hybrid or 34 or whatever were running. He's nit as athletic as Aldon was and not sure he could stand up. IMO he's a traditional 34 guy

Change it to dee ford or van noy I'm down

What cause they both went to Mizzou? I don't see how they're alike other than that.

Option 2 is 100x better

I'd say any of the three of Mack/Clowney/Watkins at 6 then maybe Morgan Moses or Calvin Pryor in the early 20s high teens.

Its really about value because we'll likely lose ours 3rd rounder or 4th and maybe something next year as well to move up. A 3rd in this years draft coukd end up having a big impact.

I think a competitive RT can be found in round 2, but a plug and play free safety isn't that likely outside the 1st round. I would love to trade back to the middle of the 1st round and grab a safety, then use the extra second to grab either a RT or OLB, whichever isn't taken with the 1st pick in the 2nd.

I think we need an adequate safety as long as we address the pass rush. If you're getting pressure, it makes the secondary a lot better. I like Jonathan Dowling as a 3rd or 4th round sleeper who can come in and do great as a starter. The kid's a bit cocky, but that's what you need in the NFL at times.
