CTann
Just kidding! I've seen discussions saying "oh well nobody put much emphasis against containing Mack like they did Clowney and that's why Mack was more productive because teams actually gameplanned around Clowney."Or in another thread mentioning that Baylor probably didn't even gameplan against Mack and he still didn't have a great game.Well here's some proof that most likely every team Mack played against, in this case its Baylor, was aware of his skill. Turn it to the 3:10 mark.http://youtu.be/-_Qk9DdM21gOf course its going to be easy for a big conference team like Baylor to neutralize Mack the way they did whenever he has no help from anyone else on the Buffalo Bulls defense, but Baylor and other teams were definitely aware of the kind of player he is.Dude can definitely be a difference maker in this league and seeing a video of last year's #1 NCAA offense concerned about Mack wreaking havoc against them only makes me want him to become a Falcon even more. niels petersen
Good find..Mack will be a very good player in this league.. So will Clowney. I'll be very happy with either.
LotsaPoppa
Clownettes are strange people. You would think that a fan base that suffered through Aundrey Bruce would learn but oh well.

CTann
I came in here ready to spazz out on you OP. Very well executed lolHaha! Browns releasing Weeden and Campbell tells me that they're most likely going with a QB. Raiders need a QB and an OT (lost Veldheer and not getting Saffold after all). I could also see them eying Watkins and Mack. However rumors say they're meeting with Justin Tuck and Lamarr Woodley which tells me that if they do sign one of those two guys then they won't be looking at Mack but instead a QB, OT, or Watkins. If Mack gets past the top 3 (should be able to) then I think he's a Falcon.
Knight of God
There is just some very good pass rush options in the first. Start falling off after that though.

Farmer2
I loved the break down of Buffalo's defense. "Think about it as 5 1 5. These 5 are always here, these 5 are here, but we have to know where Mack is every play."
bertrain7
Mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack! What about RT though? I believe in defense wins championships.. but offense still needs to put up some points and Ryan will get killed... but im all for mack but robinson sounds good. I wouldnt mind having both mack and robinson......
gazoo
The narrative conjured up by the Clownettes about all the supposed attention he got was created to excuse his 3 sacks last year. All good defensive players draw the opposing teams attention. Mack just happened to play at a high level in spite of all the attention. This gives the Clownettes heartburn. Jesus
They will both be pretty good. I hope we get one. It's hard to say who will have a better career or will be more important to our future when it comes to RT vs Pass rush that is.
CTann
I like Mack a lot and one reason is that I find it more realistic for him to fall to #6 and Clowney taken before. If Mack is gone at #6 and Clowney is still there then I wouldn't mind Clowney either.Mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack mack! What about RT though? I wouldnt mind having both mack and robinson......I like Robinson a lot. If he's there at #6 and Mack/Clowney aren't then I'd love to take Robinson. My preference would be to take Mack at #6 and then an OT with our 2nd round pick because we can't afford 549,345,871 sacks per quarter again. Peyton
It's kind of ridiculous thing to suggest considering the talent gap between Mack and the rest of the guys on his defense. Much larger gap than what Clowney experienced.
