JOEinPHX
Shad Khan has been adamant that the Jaguars will go for a franchise QB with the third overall pick. It might only be smoke, of course, but the Jags just dealt Blaine Gabbert to the Niners. That leaves them with journeyman Chad Henne and second-year disaster Matt Scott to run the show. My read on this is that the Falcons shot at one of their top three targets just improved dramatically..

At least from a fan base perspective, you gotta give people something to look forward to. An OLB or OT just doesn't get people to go to games like a young, stud QB does. HASHBROWN3
All there needs to be is the threat of a teams QB being taken at 3. Now that sets the stage for a trade with the rams. Hope the Jags don't sign one...
Hardyfalcon
Yes I agree. Henne was given a 2 yr deal to groom his successor. I don't think they risk trying to land a QB in the 2nd round.

#1ATLFALCONSFAN
This increases the chances of Khalil Mack falling to number 6 for sure.
Herr Doktor
I just don't see any can't miss QBs in this draft. All have serious.knocks.against them. If Mariota had come out, I think you'd have seen more.trading up. The difference between all these Qbs is small right now. It's just degrees of polish.
