D-Byrdz 4 Life
Interesting. Not saying we would try n get it I think it just shakes things up for sure. What if someone who 2ants clowney trades for it
spanish_falcon
I dont want us to trade up. We need picks
Tribal Chief
We trade up, pick fails, fans go haywire. I hope not us
Club212
Houston....St Louis...seems no one is interested in the first few picks, or is this gamesmanship, pumping up for trade pick value...lets just sit tight, let the chips fall.
toadfishtom
we need a lot more than one player, zero depth= big problem
DurtyBurdz155
I hope we dont trade up. If anything we should trade back.
joenoles1
This happens every year. The team with the First pick always says they will listen to offers.
Kissyfur2013
I think that they are shopping this to the Rams.
D-Byrdz 4 Life
I just want an O Lineman in the first round matts protection should come first imo
JOEinPHX
I think that they are shopping this to the Rams. But the Rams would rather trade down - Les Snead is already on record. Things could be interesting if the top two picks are on the block, but no one outside a QB-desparate team wants to pay that price, and it's a QB rich draft. Someone would have to be dead set on a particular player a la the 2012 Redskins...
Herr Doktor
Im not sure that they are sold on the top QB's. None of them are clearly better than the others. Id take a shot an an Aaron Murray in the third if i wanted a young QB to develop.
Kissyfur2013
I just want an O Lineman in the first round matts protection should come first imoThat's cool, but I want our defense to beast. I know how important it is to protect the QB. I just don't wanna be excellent on offense, and not be able to stop anyone on defense.
JOEinPHX
I just want an O Lineman in the first round matts protection should come first imoMatthews is the only guy that projects at #6. After that, the Falcons could trade back into the #10-12 range for any of several next-level guys..

slamee101
Despite what some are saying there is no can't miss QB prospect and they know that. They won't trade the pick though because I doubt they find a trade partner for the same reason. DirtyBirdNorth
Houston is going to demand at least 2 first round picks and probably a second round pick.... no thanks, pass.
ATLFalcons11
It's just putting the feelers out there to see who would bite. Nothing special here. There's no clear #1 prospect this year so they want to see who would bite.

Sidecar Falcon
They aren't trading unless they get a king's ransom. Plus with the new emphasis they want to place on QB. I see them drafting the best one available at one.
B_Lo_Touchdowns
Crazy how EVERY team is tryna get out of the top 3. Maybe the guys in that slot are really overrated????

I see them drafting the best one available at one.The trade up at face value is in fact a Kings Ransom. This is by design to keep teams in check when stock piling draft picks.
