Seattle Has The Lines

Wilson has 6 ints to Ryan's 12. Ryan threw 7 in back 2 back games...essentially p/o games for the Falcons.

True. Ryan had 2 really bad games.

Some bad luck with them..... but still bad games.

No one disputes that.

The Seattle Defense was the major difference in this game tonight. They just flat-out dominated the Saints.

Yup

I Seahawks showed up with a chip on there shoulder, the Saints seem like they were playing an exhibition game.. The playoffs will go through Seattle and they or tough in that dome.

really? you might want to check that.

he has lost it…..R.W HAS the BEST QBR rating over in recent years over Manning, Brees & Rodgers. He HAS been CLUTCH from get go. You can tell from EVERY TIME he snaps the ball that he's going to make positive plays if not, he's going to come back on next one & make defenses pay with his legs.

He picked apart tonite the 5th best defense in league…..so anyone who thinks Russell Wilson is just an average QB needs to follow ping pong in asia.

From a 7-9 team to a playoff team in a matter of months, there is no shame here, its not like the Saints went from Superbowl contenders to bottom dwellers, and we can all agree on that.

I wonder how awesome it feels to have a shutdown defense like that. Atlanta hasn't had one for as long as I've been a fan (have they ever?)

Wilson will lead Sea to a Super Bowl before Ryan ever leads the Falcons

He may very well win a title before Ryan. That being said, if the Falcons had a same/similar defense as the Seahawks, Ryan would have already won one, possibly two championships.

Hmmm

Wilson is not elite, he has not won a Super Bowl yet. Until he wins a Super Bowl he will remain an average quarterback. I mean, it's that the measuring stick for an elite QB?

they didn't have 2 starting CB's & still owned Peytons offense.

They were out one starting cornerback and the backup, so was the Saints, they lost Greer last game and White dropped a sure interception so go figure... There safety is a beast.

NO one said he's elite already. But he'll be the next elite QB after Brady and Manning fade away. Ryan will go the way of Rivers and Palmer.

Ryan would have also needed to be CLUTCH on big stage which he has not & above all the o-line which was average.

I'm sticking with Matt. Russel is a fine young qb and he deserves every accolade given so far but Matt is my guy. Now defensively, I'll take their entire defense. Worrilow, Alford, Trufant and Biermann can stay. The rest I'll gladly escort to the airport.

Matt is our guy & always will be …he just needs to be execute better & become CLUTCH on big stage ( i.e playoffs )

Biermann can go as well. I'd love to have their defense.
