Saw it yesterday, not much of a story to it. Just mainly visuals and thrills. But it certainly takes you into space and gives nice visuals. It's kind a like watching a thrilling Imax movie.

If you get motion sickness easily I don't recommend. There's a lot of spinning parts and such that could make you dizzy and blow chunks.

(Semi Spoiler Alert:)

Speaking of spinning parts, I did NOT notice that the shuttle was spinning when Sandra Bullock was hanging and holding on to George Clooney. Without centrifugal force, his mass would be static, and the whole drama would not be necessary . . .

If any of you haven't seen Gravity's director's previous movie, Children of Men, check it out. It's a very underrated futuristic political thriller. It has a long, uninterrupted shot at the end (similar to what I understand the opening sequence of Gravity is) that is absolutely breath taking. Very powerful scene.
