She is. She'll file bankruptcy and won't ever pay a dime.

"The ruling allows the school district to get the money through her future wages and property."

If she ever has a job again or ever owns anything of any value her wages and property can be taken from her.

Lawyers are unable to locate her, I wonder if they will arrest her if she fails to show up after the order.

Hopefully and the fact they can garnish her wages and take anything she owns gets around the whole file for bankruptcy to avoid paying anything. They may not get alot of money back but this woman can never own anything and if she ever does get a job she will be paying back her debt.

Not sure about CA state law on garnishing wages, but some states have easy laws, where they can't come after everything you earn. But, I agree this will destroy her financial condition for many more years.

Its a sad story, hope Brian banks makes the roster or PS. I hope this well help in stopping other women pressing bogus charges for money and law enforcement guys to look for more evidence.

It wont because the only way he was exonerated was because she told the truth. It wasn't like it was found out.

If you find an evil enough soul that wont let it eat away at her, then it will happen again and again and again.

They recorded her admitting to that in private, and she told Brian that she doesn't want authorities to know because she didn't want to pay the money back. After they showed the tape, she agreed to speaking the truth.

Yea it certainly sends a message and at the very least this woman is getting some for of long term punishment for lying, defrauding the state and putting an innocent man behind bars. So glad they didn;t just let her walk.

All this ruling really means is this woman will be on welfare the rest of her life. She's not going to get a job and risk having to pay any money back.

She is also not going to own anything either, no way she will qualify for welfare given the charges against her. You don't just walk in and get money you have to provide valid ID etc.
