MAD597
She is. She'll file bankruptcy and won't ever pay a dime."The ruling allows the school district to get the money through her future wages and property."If she ever has a job again or ever owns anything of any value her wages and property can be taken from her. MAD597
Lawyers are unable to locate her, I wonder if they will arrest her if she fails to show up after the order.Hopefully and the fact they can garnish her wages and take anything she owns gets around the whole file for bankruptcy to avoid paying anything. They may not get alot of money back but this woman can never own anything and if she ever does get a job she will be paying back her debt. But, I agree this will destroy her financial condition for many more years.

So glad they didn;t just let her walk.

She's not going to get a job and risk having to pay any money back. She is also not going to own anything either, no way she will qualify for welfare given the charges against her. You don't just walk in and get money you have to provide valid ID etc. Edited June 16, 2013 by MAD597
