WOR
Alright here we go. The 2013 playoff teams were Colts, Bengals, Ravens, Bengals, Patriots, Broncos, Seahawks, Redskins, Falcons, 49ers, Vikings, Packers. Surprisingly enough the only team on this list known for great CBs, is the Seahawks and they didnt make it far. I would list all the CBs, but I feel most people wouldnt want to read that anyway. With Asante and Mcclain the Falcons are actually pretty good at the CB position compared to this list. I know everyone is worried about Grimes and a 1st round CB, but I dont see that as an immediate need when you compare that concept with the teams that made the playoffs. While Great CBs dont stick out on these teams, Great Defensive Lines do. The Ravens, Seahawks, Broncos, 49ers, Vikings, Packers, and Patriots are all known for their front 7. Our Front 7 is extremely lacking. So the point of this thread really is just another 'statistic' in the CB/ front 7 debate. We need to get our run game and pass rush under raps before we can worry about our CBs. Grimes or a first round pick is not in our best interest.
