Where Do You Rank Matt Ryan Amongst Active Nfl Qb's?

This came up in another thread and it was argued where TATF would rank Ryan. Go ahead and vote, explain your decision if you want. You can only choose one spot obviously. This poll is private so be honest with you choice.

EDIT: You need to vote in both polls apparently, so if you rank him in the first poll, vote "Voted in top 19--need to vote here" in the 2nd poll. If he's outside the top 19 vote "Voting in next group--vote here" for the first poll and pick your ranking in the 2nd. Hope that works for ya.

I'm gonna try and get a poll from a "national board" going or at least dig up some threads that have already done this elsewhere for comparison.

I think its a fair opinion. I have Ryan at 5 but Eli's rings should count for something I guess. I just think as far as talent goes Ryan is better than Eli. Much more consistent at least. 5 or 6 really isn't that big of a jump.

Those 2 rings are the only reason why I give Eli the edge but Ryan is way more consistent and Ryan could easily be put at 5.

I say in the 5-6 range. I think there's only 4 QBs that are clearly better and that's Rodgers, Brady, Brees, and P Manning. Most of the other "top 10-12" are far too inconsistent for my taste but I think of those outside of the top 4 are really subject to an "eye if the beholder" assessment and what the subject values in a QB.

Most QB rankings ive seen (done after the superbowl) have ryan at 4th, 5th, or 6th,

I think 4-7 is where most people rank him. No lower then 8, no higher then 4
