J-Wall
First off let me say we won't get the guys we MB gms want Ziggy,Jordan all of those DE will be gone in the top 10. So I will start with FA because that will dictate what we do in the draft so pay attention.Free Agency:1. DE Dwight Freeney to me its a safe bet we bring him in. 2yr deal $10mil2. RG Brandon Moore a little older but a viable option 2yr $7milI think those will be our only "big" moves. Obviously we will bring in a few others but those are positions of need while we still let the younger guys develop.Draft:1. CB Desmond Trufant2. LB Kahseem Greene3. TE Gavin Escobar or Marcus Lattimore if we wanna hit a homerun(imo)4. CB/S Tyron Mathieu4. RB Knile Davis5. LB Jon Bostic6. WR Stills7. QB Jordan Rodgers
Cali-Falcon
DE is not the problem. It's DT, the ends go as far as the tackle takes them.
Jaymadd
DE is not the problem. It's DT, the ends go as far as the tackle takes them.I agree, it is hard for me to get with a mock that has not addressed the NT position cause the time has come to get one, we cant go another season without a bonafide NT(player that can push the pocket and effectively handle double teams)
Psychic Gibbon
I'm just going to go ahead and ignore anyone who mocks the Falcons taking Mathieu going forward. It will never happen. Ever.
Herr Doktor
I have to think a Defensive Tackle is our highest priority.

Gone before 25 more than likely. If he posts a sub 4.5 and a vert of no less than 36. Done deal. GONE.If Matthieu runs less than a 4.45. he's gone earlier than expected as well. Francis York Morgan
I like most of it. Kinda want you to take a DT like Jordan Hill or Montori Hughes in the 4th, that or a DE like Maponga, and then a more durable RB (Stacy?) in the 4th. Guest Negatorris
I think we should go after Donald Thomas in FA. He can play both guard positions and won't break the bank. He helped keep Brady upright while the starting guards were dealing with injuries. Underrated free agent that can come in and start.
Hashbrown3
Whats the story with this Star Letoilei? Apparently he has a heart ailment they detected during medical checks. One of his ventricles is pumping only at 44% when it should be pumping between 55-70%...Would this cause him to fall all the way to 30? I guess this will all depend upon his checkup and what the specialist has to say. Should know more by his pro day. This of course is a remote possibility I do understand this... Our current scheme in the secondary is flawless. CBs can't cover for 8-10 seconds EVERY SINGLE down though. We need to show some sort of desperation on the DL. Taking a CB that high is POINTLESS. I like the Freeney pick up but we STILL need guys in the middle and younger DEs. Edited February 25, 2013 by Oh4Real?!

Which would leave us with Samuel,McClain, Owens, Frank's.CB in the first wouldn't be a bad idea.

TG hasn't made up his mind Eifert would be my pick TG only had 100 catches and 1000 yards yea were just going to luck up with a 3rd pick Escobar may not be there late in the 3rd. That's a lot of production for a 3rd round pick and HD to pick up

J-Wall
I was thinking of Geathers in the 3rd but I believe TD is set on taking on somewhere in the first 3 picks. I was pondering taking Hankins as well in the 2nd but I like our DT rotation right now. Babs,Peters,Walker and Robertson isn't all that bad. Maybe we can get a fa dt but spending a high pick on a postion of not immediate need doesn't justify with me. Unless,a player like Star drops because of medical and that anyways would concern me. TG will be back but we do need to groom a rookie to take his place. This year there are a lot of good ball players. McDonald as well could be the pick at TE as well. J-Wall
CB to me is a position of need. We are old at cb with drob possibly on the chopping block. I like our safeties but inserting a cb playmaking rookie would be ideal moving forward. Grimes nobody really knows if he will be back and exactly how healthy he bounces back. Inserting a 20 yr old that can lock down one side of the field for us for the next 10 yrs would be awesome.

Falkonator
Yea but they play with two probowl safeties I guess you forgot about them Uhm yea we have 2 stud safeties(one is a free agent) doesn't eliminate the fact that we may be losing 2 of our starting CBs and our other starting CB is up their in age. IceFalcon
DT at 30, or TE if Tony retires. Both of the top TE's look like potential studs. We need a big push up the middle every down. That is what we are missing big time right now.
