Panthers draft went pretty well, as did FA. Was kind of hampered in the draft since the real Panthers gave away several picks.

1st) Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah

2nd) Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky

4th) Marcus Wheaton, WR, Oregon State

4th) Logan Ryan, CB, Rutgers

4th) Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State

5th) Stansly Maponga, DE, TCU

in FA:

Danario Alexander, WR

Arthur Jones, DE

Dashon Goldson, FS

Phillip Loadholt, OT

Vance Walker, DT

Jermon Bushrod, OT

Leodis McKelvin, CB

Kevin Walter, WR

Jacob Lacey, CB

for just under 8 million in cap hits this year, without backloading.

Solid overall. Wish I could've won a couple more FAs...screwed up on the date FA was ending.

Miami entered this offseason with huge needs for offensive playmakers to build around their promising young QB, Ryan Tannehill. Mission accomplished. Defensively, they had needs almost everywhere. They needed a pass rush. They needed DBs who could cover and make plays. They also needed youth and depth in the LB corps. With retaining Long in FA, the biggest need along the OL was quality depth. I believe I addressed all of those issues and have the Dolphins ready to content for a playoff spot in 2013.

You certainly had a better offseason than the real Dolphins!

A sincere thanks for putting this all together!

Here's a news flash... Malliciah Goodman, DE, Clemson, went UNdrafted.

Lots of quality players went undrafted due to everybody pretty much solving their biggest issues in FA and cherrypicking players that they like specifically during the draft. I went BPA in the draft and ended up with a guy who was top 15 going into the IMD draft at 24, a late 2nd rounder in the 3rd, a mid 3rd rounder in the 4th, a 4th rounder in the 6th and a freakishly athletic WR in the 7th.

Yeah, it was a bit weird. I got Markus Wheaton, Logan Ryan, and Leon McFadden all in the 4th...and I'm pretty sure 2/3 of those guys will be gone by the end of the second, if not all of them. It's encouraging, if anything.
