I'm not sure if you started adding page 10 offers and withdrawals, but I don't see any of the Jaguars' updated moves in there

Am I missing one for you? I show 750K left on your cap.

As it turns out, the discrepancy was due to me cutting my self 250k short on the Antoine Bethea contract getting cut. I rounded down instead of rounding up.

I can never understand why people make bids without looking at previous bids. Oh well - all the better for me. :)

Keep in mind a bid just gets you in the bid-off for the player. It doesn't matter right now what the actual bid is.
