TheWooLick
Lots of sh** thrown at Kaepernick last week. Not so much now you all have gotten to see what else Kaepernick is capable of.Good game, nice and close. See yopu next year.

FalconsIn2012
Lots of sh** thrown at Kaepernick last week. Not so much now you all have gotten to see what else Kaepernick is capable of.Good game, nice and close. See yopu next year.Kaep is definitely a heck of a player. I don't think too many discounted what he was capable of doing, but the media circle jerk over him was over the top. Even you have to admit that. Most logical fans knew Kaep was capable of leading his team to a win, we just did not feel he would repeat his Green Bay performance, which he did not. What frustrated us fans was the disrespect and total blase attitude towards Ryan. It was as though he was Trent Dilfer and Kaep was Montana. The loss still stings, but I am pleased Ryan showed he can carry a team with little to no help from his running backs or defense. Though clearly not perfect, Ryan's performances in the playoffs will be a big confidence boost heading into next year. And in the post season, being confident and knowing you can win a Super Bowl are part and parcel of actually winning it. FrankTheTank21
I think the Green Bay game really fueled the misconceptions about him. That was by far the most running he'd done all year, and since that's the last thing people saw, they assumed that was the norm.

Leland
I don't seem to recall anyone mentioning that here last week. Bird of a Feather
It must have been so hard for you to hear all of the hate thrown at Kaepernick and the 49ers from the media. Literally nobody expected them to perform well yesterday. Edited January 22, 2013 by Bird of a Feather
TheWooLick
We were pretty honest about out inability to stop the run, no clue what you're on about.I must have missed that. All I recall reading was about how the Falcons D was as good as the 49er defense.
dmite
Falcons beat the spread, holy ****! We were supposed to lose by 30. I've known for a long time once Kaep got the nod that the Niners would be a lot tougher out than with Smith back there. But the way the Falcons were disrespected all week really stung around here (Falcons have no chance!) and we had a good chance to win that game (and I think we should have), but oh well, we'll come back next year stronger like you guys did. Good luck in the BroBowl.

Good at keeping things to field goals, but that didn't show up much in the post season. Since we play RG3, Kaep, Wilson, and Cam twice again next year and didn't play particularly well defensively against them this year, we got some things to figure out on defense for those teams. Still no credit for Kaepernick.thats a bunch of bs i've known what kind of games he was capable of prior to him being drafted by u turds. I've been a unr fan since grade school and watched him play all through college. Also a die hard falcons fan since 88 so it really hurt to see him go to a team i hate

Guest Negatorris
I'm sure even Tim Tebow can complete passes to wide open receivers. The Falcons were playing that soft zone crap all game. I don't recall any times where Kaep completed a pass into tight coverage against us.
