Quarterback
While Falcons kicker Matt Bryant said he wasn't nervous before kicking the winning 49-yard field goal on Sunday, his mother admits to having had some serious jitters.Bryan's wife, Melissa, and his mother, Mary, were at the Georgia Dome for the Falcons crucial playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks."I told him before he went out on the field to remember that he was the best," Mary Bryant said. After it was over, Bryant said the team's last minute comeback was nothing special."We've done this before. It's not like it's the first time we have seen this…We have done it before and could do it again," the kicker said. The final kick was too much for Bryant's mother to watch."I will tell you the very truth, I didn't see it. I was praying so hard that he would do good," Mary Bryant said.Melissa said that she's normally nervous when her husband kicks, but said this time it was all adrenaline."I actually did see the kick. I was standing on my seat jumping up and down but knew he was money, money in the bank," Melissa said.Falcons coach Mike Smith said that Matt keeps his cool under pressure."I feel like we've got two Matty Ices: we got 'Matty Ice' Ryan and 'Matty Ice' Bryant. Matt Bryant has done really good things for us, Smith said.Bryant's mom thinks he has an advantage over everyone else."Matt's got a lot of angels on his shoulder," Mary Bryan said. When previously asked by FOX 5's Ken Rodriguez if he felt pressure in situations like Sunday's last minute, Matt Bryant responded that he is the father of six children and nothing bothers him. Quarterback
The winning FG was not just right down the middle but would ave been good from 55-60 yards as he just crushed it.That's kicking with some serious attitude!

freebird310
He has overcome alot including the death of a child, hard to believe the way Tampa did the guy
ATLFalcons11
Actually Tucker and Walsh are both neck and neck. Walsh has that 100% rating for kicks over 50 I believe with being 10/10 but with all that I want Matt Bryant. He has absolutely no fear and he has been battle tested through and through. Thats more important to me.

Peyton
He has overcome alot including the death of a child, hard to believe the way Tampa did the guyIt's sounds morbid to say, but I am sure that has a lot to do with him being so numb to the pressure. There is no way he could ever fear missing an important kick. One day he is going to miss an important one probably, but it will be because he just hit it bad, not because he was afraid to miss.
