Francis York Morgan
Gotta find a way to lock him down. That performance against Zach Miller was inexcusable.
falcons007
Kaep will shutdown Vernon Davis. He has been down after Alex Smith went to bench. They need to stop Crabtree and Keap read option to have any chance.
JulioisCoolio
We obviously focused on shutting down Wilson and Lynch. No TE has had a game like that against us all season.
vel
We obviously focused on shutting down Wilson and Lynch. No TE has had a game like that against us all season.I was going to say the same thing. Miller was an after thought. Yes, he got open and it wasn't planned for him to do that, but we stopped Lynch and Wilson from running. Davis has been a non factor for weeks. Double him and Crabtree and put 8 in the box. Get ready for a 60 minute fight.

WiscoFalcon
Since Kaepernick started QB Week 11 against Chicago, In Davis' 8 games (including last week's playoff game) Davis has 13 catches for 188 Yards and only 1 Touchdown. I
Jesus
All those yards for Miller and still no win.

IExactly, Kaep will shut him down. Crabtree has been very important for SF after Kaep become their QB.

JayOzOne
Miller found giant gaps in our zone. Harbaugh has every catch freeze framed on tape. I'm confident Nolan will have it diagnosed by next week, though.
Original dirty_dirty
Defenses have to pick their poison with our offense. Our defense usually stop/exploit the strength of other teams' defenses.
HarbaughLover
Even though Davis has been pretty invisible since Kaepernick has been put in, he cannot be forgotten. Give Kaep the opportunity to get him the ball and he will. There are so many threats now (even with the injuries) on the Niners receiving corp, it is going to be very tough to cover them all...
