synaptic apoptosis
Pretty impressive body control on that one sideline catch he made. Showing some potential, to be a real weapon in the passing game.
Karst41
The guy made a really nice Gonzoish catch today. If Tony retires I believe this guy will have a very good career in Atlanta.
WiscoFalcon
It was weird, I swear that's the first time I have EVER seen him on the field this season, but what a freaking catch. Just imagine if we could get him going and run 2 TE sets.
PokerSteve
One of the best catches all year. Props to Coffman. Coaches will have to take him seriously as a receiver after that epic, clutch catch.

Guest Negatorris
I didn't even know who tf that was. We might have to target him a few times next week to see what we have in this guy. That catch was Gonzo-like.
Statick
I couldn't believe that was Coffman. Didn't we cut him in the preseason? It would be nice if he could do that consistently.
Karst41
That's what I'm thinking. We may have Tony Gonzalez's replacement already on the roster. Not that anyone can replace Gonzo but... Coffman was a highly touted 3rd round pick who had a slow NFL start. The Bengals gave up on him but now he's learning under Gonzo. He may be our starter next year if Gonzo retires.A bunch of folks on here wanted us to draft him, which did not happen, and wewound up trading for Gonzo. Now we have them both and Coffman has had a full season to learn from Gonzo. We have also watched Palmer and Peele make some nice strides in their game, andthey looked like Gonzo playing. But Coffman is the guy who will be Gonzo's successor, and we could not have signedhim at a better time.Coffman is probably saying the same thing. jbrinson
It was a nice catch. He could be our option at TE but I still want TD to draft one.
freakyfalcon
Coffman issue is that he couldnt block. When he was at Mizzou, he was always lined up like WR in that spread offense. He didnt learn how to block at all in a pro set formation.
