Sound familiar?
biloxifalcon
Bloomberg is nuts. What kind of medical degree does have to say how much medication a doctor should prescribe? I am **** glad I don't live in NY. Besides, how the **** does he even have the right as a ******* Mayor to do this?

I don't think this could apply to private hospitals. The problem with this is that the vast majority of prescription drug addicts get their pills through illegal means (theft, forgery, etc). Limiting legitimate use isn't going to change it's illegal use one iota. The addicts are going to score one way or another.

Which i'd wager 99% of druggies don't.
