Ghost of Truth
Not the playoff game, the game a few weeks back against "the hottest team in the NFL" that were going to handle the Falcons in the Dome and send the Birds packing. Well guess what, we held them scoreless with a far better offense than Seattle has. Look for Nolan and the Defense to step it up big time while Ryan and the boys roll em up.Player to watch:Julio JonesThey think they can go 1s against him cause they have big boy corners, well guess what, that's going to lead to a monster day for Julio if they don't start rolling help over his way, he's going to absolutely abuse Browner. leowolf
Giants weren't the hottest team when we played them . They lost 2 weeks prior to the Redskins. The Giants offense also has been inconsistent all season and they are not as balanced as the Seahawks who have a solid rushing attack lead by Lynch
Guest Negatorris
I wouldn't be surprised if Gonzo is the one terrorizing their secondary throughout the game. Chancellor can't cover Gonzo, and neither can their LBs.

falconsd56
The Gmen were just coming off laying a 50 burger on the Taints when we played them. And according to everyone they were " the best team in the league"..... and we DOMINATED them from the word go.

Ethanga62890
Seahawks offense has been consistent over last 6 weeks during there win streak .Outside of the 3 blowouts they never went over 25. 5-6 times they failed to score 20.

There offense has been putting up yards and points. There offense also hasn't scored less then 20 since week 7Falcons scored less then 20 in last week vs Tampa and the game vs Cowboys in week 9 . falconidae
I've been thinking it'll be like the GB game from a couple of years ago, with the roles reversed- they'll be the team with a young QB, strong running game and solid D, we'll be the team with the quick strike offense, Trufant can play the Owens role, Falcons get ahead early, Seattle can't run the ball, Wilson makes a couple of mistakes- rout is on. FullMetal
Over their 6 game winning streak they never scored over 25 sans blowing out 2 scrub teams and what was then, the best defense in the league in the 9ers.Just clarifying.
leowolf
Over their 6 game winning streak they never scored over 25 sans blowing out 2 scrub teams and the 9ersThis is the NFL man . You cant blow out every team every week. The Seahawks offense still avg over 20 in 3 games other blow outs. You are also disregarding blowouts which is 3 games during the stretch . I hope you know Seattle was 7th in PPG .Only .3 difference from Falcons.
Exar0s
I'm honestly not worried about Seattle. I truly believe we will win this game by two touchdowns minimum. The Falcons have something to prove this year. Seattle will be the first victims of a possessed Falcons team.

You don't have to blow the other team out when you score over 25. The difference is we hang 28 every week. Their PPG is inflated by 2 games where they ran up the score. blackredfellow
I'm tired of running up against the buzzsaw of the moment, like all three other playoff games. I want our team to be the buzzsaw. If we play like we did against NY this year, we will be. The '10 Packers that came to the Gdome would not have beat the team that played NY a few weeks ago. Backtoreality
Keep forgetting Hawks have balance on offense, defense, special teams. They're not afraid to play anyone. Remember the Hawks stomped the Giants last season 44-0 at their place. Stomped on the 49ers this year, who had the #1 defense. Had Kapernick looking bewildered. It will be a battle, Hawks don't pressure Ryan then it could be long plane ride home. Hawk's secondary will be very physical against the Falcon's receivers, Thomas will be a threat where ever he is on the field. May the best team win on Sunday. May the best team win on Sunday. No one's forgetting anything about the Seahwaks, other than the fact that they blew out two bottom dwellers and everyone suddenly crowned them the Greatest Team in the league, since the 72 Dolphins. They are a good team, but the consistent "Atlanta has no hope" against a rookie QB w/a good running game (Atlanta 2008 anyone?) is laughable. That's the reason you get threads like this. These threads are also fueled by the assertion of some of your less intelligent fans that your secondary is going to negate two 1000 yard receivers and the GOAT at TE. Maybe you should talk to your fanbase about those little factoids. Or the fact that while the Falcons D gives up yards, they do not give up scores... TorontoFalcons
Giants weren't that hot, it was just their last game they were able to put 52 points up on the Saints. But I do agree Julio will burn browner, he is just way too fast
DonOfThemBirds
The Seahawks offense runs through Lynch. Stop him and force their receivers to make plays against the Falcons secondary.
