the_sheff
Ok, what make Rogers elite? Also what makes you think the Green Bay has a bad line. I like Rogers and think when he is done he will be elite. I also think they have a better O-line than the Flacons have.He is maybe the best QB in the league in avoiding the pass rush.He is very accurate and loses very little distance when passing on the run.He has won a championship.Willing to throw passes very few qbs will risk, such as the back shoulder pass.Top 5 in passer rating the past 4 years.Maintained his level of play with numerous injuries to both his line and receiving corp.MVP of the league and SB. Guest Negatorris
I wouldn't call Ryan proven just yet. He will be after the playoffs are over though.

If he is not "elite" then no quarterback in the world qualifies for the definition. He is an arrogant p r i c k but he is the goods. In terms of overall skillset, he is top 3 all-time. Still hope we kick his candy a s s in a few weeks though. I believe we can and will do so.

nomak
If his stats scream elite...then he is elite. Case closed, Ryan is an elite QB in the NFL. I playoff when is just icing on the elite cake. But, if he gets his playoff win but doesnt get the superbowl...do we take away his elite status? Marino has won playoff games but not the superbowl, do we no longer consider him elite?

falcondiehardsince 88
Honestly I see what he meant by the thread, it was just verbally incorrect. He meant that there are a few rookies, a terrible qb in ponder, Ryan, and RogersOut of that bunch, with four never playing in the playoffs before, and the only one that has on the opposite half of the bracket, things are looking good. They key to winning is to make sure the young guys are needed often in the game, and expect them to make mistakes. We cannot come out soft and let them pound us up and down the field because thats what they want. They want to speed up the game, keep ryan on side, and wear us out.............we know how to beat that, because thats how we have lost 3 times.NOW GO SCORE 28 and win
