Wokezone
It is pick 32, you are on the clock These 2 people are there Barrett Jones (LT,LG,RG,C,RT) He can and has played all positions on the Oline with great success is thereJohnathan Jenkins- (DT) stud DT that is a difference maker is thereWhich one do you take? Im going Johnathan Jenkins at this point. him and babs tag teaming it would be scary or think of our big set withPeters, Vance, Jenkins, Babs
falcons007
No OL in first round for me. Don't mind a TE,RB and DE, all those positions with immediate need because of losing veteran players. Guest Dirty Bird Nation ®
I know about next to nothing about college football, but I would draft Barret Jones. Our defense has enough developing guys in that position, and we don't really need another one, and Jones from your description sounds like can be a difference maker from day one. LightningDawg58
I really like Jenkins and having a guy like him will help us transition into the 3-4 defense that Nolan is an expert at running. Just think of how good we are already in a scheme that's not his preferred choice. It would be nice however to go ahead and establish a dominant offensive line that could both run and pass block for once

Falcon Fred
Well.. Usually in madden when I go undefeated and win the superbowl I usually have the 32nd pick.. I usually trade back for next years first round pick to a crappy team. haha hey this thread says I am the GM,.. that's what I do thought some of you would like my madden reference
Cam Topdrew Bottom
Probably Jones. Any player that is 350+ I have concerns about.

A-TowN.-
Tyler Eifert - Irish!I don't want him. Not because he's no good, but because that would mean our TE spot would be open, and Tony would be gone he's the best TE in this draft though hands down. Karst41
Y'ALL SERIOUSLE NEED TO GET PAST THIS EIFERT MAN CRUSH.Dude is a top 15 pick and will not slide. As your GM I will give you all one last chance to get busy scoutingor I will find somebody that will. Now being that picks 28-32 are nothing more than Top Tier 2nd round pickswe best get busy on the players that present the Best Overall value. Here you can land a Blue Chip OG, and we want massive road grader withgood feet for pass protection. The Premier D Line 3-4 and 4-3 will already be gone. You all say that you are tired of drafting O Line, butBytch after the game that Ryan has no pass protection.Well By Gawd! we are going to fix that with our first and 4th picksUnless a dynamic RB somehow slips through the cracks.I am not your Dime a Dozen Message Board GM.I am the Message Board GM that has 2 plastic wraped rolls of quarters. So Either get busy being real or it is Me vs all of you at the Waffle House

If we miss the bowl he wont want to quit. We bring in another stud TE to shadow tony all year and there ya have it. JJ , White , Tony , Eifert , Patterson , Quizz , ANd new RB.. sounds great. Use FA for the RG position and maybe a ILB or DE.

Karst41
I do not think so.Have you ran the numbers on trading up?Unless we get some comp picks we would better position ourselfsby trading down. Here we can probably beat up Cleveland on the dealWe get their second round pick and their 5th.We could then Trade down Clevelands second and clean up in rounds 3,4, 5 and 6th.But lets focus on Cleveland or KC to start with. He isn't the physical freak that is going to blow up the combine plus he doesn't have filthy stats. He is a nice TE prospect but far from a top 15 lock. Who are the last TEs to go in the top 15? Winslos Jr. and Davis but that was because they were freak athletes and Eifert is not. Without that freak athleticism it is really hard to say he will be a top 15 lock as a TE. We will get 4 comp picks(lost Lofton, Hayden, Sanders and Weems but signed no one). That leaves us at 11 picks which is already too many to even find PS spots for. Before Gronk we had guys like Witten, Gates and Gonzo plus lesser guys putting up 700-1000 yards a season which is what the better pass catching TEs are doing now. Outside of Gronk/Graham busting the TE records last year and become in vogue for a while not much else has really changed and no teams were running out to spend top 15 picks on TEs.Lots of guys with similar pedigree and athleticism to Eifert have gone late round 1. Guys like Zach Miller, Dustin Keller, and Greg Olsen. Even ND products Carlson and Rudolph who had similar size speed and production to Eifert went early 2nd.I can certainly see Eifert going earlier but I just don't think it is a lock. If he is gone I have no problem really with taking any position outside of QB and WR. I really don't think we will find many(any?) starters but we really can use depth/talent all over. We can afford to take the best player on the board. Edited December 28, 2012 by Cam Topdrew Bottom
