Decided to take a look at ESPN's NFL Expert Picks and saw that Chris Mortensen holds the best record of picking games at 167-73. That's the record I have picking games this season too.

Me - 167-73

Chris Mortensen - 167-73

Seth Wickersham - 166-74

Merrill Hoge - 158-82

Cris Carter - 157-83

Ron Jaworski - 157-83

Mark Schlereth - 155-85

Mike Ditka - 153-87

Tom Jackson - 150-90

Mike Golic - 149-91

Adam Schefter - 147-93

Keyshawn Johnson - 143-97

Eric Allen - 142-98

This isn't just a one year fluke for me picking games. I've always done pretty good picking games.

2006 - 153-114 (.573)

2007 - 164-103 (.614)

2008 - 176-91 (.659)

2009 - 170-97 (.637)

2010 - 174-93 (.652)

2011 - 181-86 (.678)

2012 - 167-73 (.696)

ESPN should hire me! :)

I need to talk to you before I bet on games lol.

At the beginning of almost each season I start off pretty good at picking game for about the first 3-4 weeks but then I always take a turn for the worst and then just give up on predicting games by halfway into the season.

Sorry. Don't ask me for help on which games to bet up. You would lose more money with me. I suck at picking against the spread.

All this shows is how easy it is to pick games and there's really no true experts on picking games either straight up or against the spread. laugh.png

Yeah. LOL! I just don't understand how these so called "experts" can have such horrible record picking games straight up.

A pro sports gambler can make a very nice living picking 60% winners... sadly it all becomes a whole lot tougher when oyur money is on the line!
