Leland
I have a philosophy on picking winners, pick the clearly better team but if the teams match up well pick the home team.

If it's a close matchup on paper I usually just go with my gut feeling. It's right more times than not.

I need to talk to you before I bet on games lol.At the beginning of almost each season I start off pretty good at picking game for about the first 3-4 weeks but then I always take a turn for the worst and then just give up on predicting games by halfway into the season. Don't ask me for help on which games to bet up. You would lose more money with me. I suck at picking against the spread.
Dem Birds
I know Mike Golic's strategy at making picks. Don't pick the Falcons. Wickersham is the best one at picking though typically. Mort probably got a few breaks during the season.

Tandy
I'm 160-79 in our Yahoo Pro-Pickem League. I had a couple of bad weeks Lowndesfalc is the leader with 170-69I was second until I went on a 3 week skid weeks 13-15. 9-7 a week for 3 weeks. That stunk. Before that and since, I've averaged 4 wrong a week.

Big_Dog
I bet with the pt spreads set by Vegas. I start out like a house on fire but as the season progresses, the bookies are smarter than me and I give my winnings right back to them. One thing I have learned, bet with your head not your heart. aerosmith67
I do the Showtime Pick' em just for fun as well.. I'm 8 up on Phil Simms and 4 up on Cris Collinsworth.160-80http://www.beattheinsiders.com/All this shows is how easy it is to pick games and there's really no true experts on picking games either straight up or against the spread.
