Falcons_own_nfc_south
Falcons activated G/C Joe Hawley from the reserve/suspended list.WR Kevin Cone was sent to injured reserve in a corresponding roster move. A swing lineman, Hawley earned a four-game PED ban in November. He had played only 22 snaps before landing on the suspended list. He'll provide depth for Atlanta's playoff run. muskokas finest ©
With Hawley back, the Glazer family is asking if Tampa can forfeit and save the airfare/hotel expenses.

gazoo
If Konz keeps getting blown off the ball by bull rushers (while McClure continues to get blamed) then we could see Hawley start at RG.
DMT11
then Hawley will be getting blown off the ball. We do not really have a quality starting RG - but many teams have similar or worse weaknesses we have to work around it.
Punisher 99
No one flops and draws a personal foul as well as Hawley.

YoungHeezy
If Konz keeps getting blown off the ball by bull rushers (while McClure continues to get blamed) then we could see Hawley start at RG.Naw.McClure gets blamed because he's pretty much been the weakest link on the line all season. It's expected for a rookie to struggle.

Atlfanstckndenver
Has anybody head about how the Bengals have been rotating two centers all year? Ive heard they use two centers unconventionally.
leftfield
McClure gets some rest next Sunday and Hawley and Konz battle it out at C with Clabo at RG and Holmes at RT maybe even Manley comes in at Rg occasionally. You wouldn't lose much experience if you balance those changes out correctly. delaigle
<<<<It would be nice if Gunn or Manley were ready to help..Look for next game for one or both of these guys to get some playing time...Gunn and Manley have been inactive on game day if you play them --- Who sits? There are about 4 choices== Konz, Hawley, Holmes, M Johnson -- pick 2 remember you may need Holmes or M Johnson at tackle so don't pick both of them. Plus you may want to give Hawley some playing time before moving into the playoffs. It's not as straight forward as just saying "give Gunn and Manley a chance" Edited December 25, 2012 by delaigle
