Falcons_own_nfc_south
May be you want to put QB completion in there too? since that's part of the offense?

atljbo
Going by the eye test Koetter is better and going by the numbers Koetter is better... The only major difference in Mularkeys side is the rushing yards.... I can put that mostly on Turner declining even more from last year ... He is not the same back from last year and i saw some decline last year but not so much that i thought we must get a new RB like i feel now. NOVAFalconFan
So Koetter has given us a better offense than the Packers, nice!PPG: 26.6Py/G: 247.7Ry/G: 108.7Total Y/G: 356.
FalconFanSince1970
Swift there's still one game left which could change these numbers a bit. Also how does the 2010 offense compare to the 2012 offense? Probably closer. The 2011 Oline was atrocious in the first five games or so. Especially LT and RG. daybumper
Your point?not much of a difference in offensive output...Mularkey has been unjustifiably blamed for problems with offense when we have had basically same total offensive output2012 Falcons offensive touchdowns : 422011 Falcons offensive touchdowns :
Bill Brasky
Your point?stop being excited about these team.. were going lose to the GREEN BAY if we even get pass seattle. stop being an homer.. everything sucks. . we suck blow it up.. start over w real GM.. fire Mike Smith, trade Matt Ryan.. blah blah blah blah. FalconFanSince1970
Swift I can't believe you left off the one thing these Madden boys really slammed Mularkey for. Not being explosive enough:2012 - 20+ yard plays (52), 40+ yard plays (12)2011 - 20+ yard plays (67), 40+ yard plays (14) And that was with Julio out for three games and parts of two others in 2011. Plus Ryan had 15 more drops and a shaky Oline in 2011. LMAO.
cooperbh
Mularkey has been... blamed for problems with offenseBy his own players. What, is Roddy White a "homer troll?"
PapaJoe
Still a literally meaningless entire game to play PLUS we've had about 2 full games worth, or more, of virtual offense shut down due to huge leads. Yup that Koetter fella' is doing a much better job for Falcons than MM ever could AND that QB Ryan is truly an elite Top 5 QB now!!

Falcanuck
Empirical stats don't paint a very good picture for how terribly awful Mularkey was in situational football compared to Koetter...
