raysnill1
first of all neither one of these teams are that good. second of all they got a serious home filed advantage right now because of the noise. San Fran offense with KAEP isn't as effective in this atmosphere as it is with Alex Smith. great decision Harbaugh

cnasty
You can't deny what that Seattle D is doing. Doesn't matter where they play, they've been lights out. The offense is stoppable IMO, but their D just flies all over the field.

J-Wall
Our biggest weakness are these teams greatest strengths. Can run very well. And stop the run (even though we can't run effectively)
Sergeant
Seattle is scary now. I know we can beat them, but they'd give us a run for our money more so than others.

daybumper
they play physical and we are a finesse team ..not a good match up at all ..but will have edge at QB positionwhich is always good to have
samueladams
All I have to say is we didn't have that problem when we played Seattle at home.

falcndave
Our biggest weakness are these teams greatest strengths. Can run very well. And stop the run (even though we can't run effectively)Our greatest strength is their weakness as well. We have a creative defensive scheme against a rookie QB and we can put pressure on their secondary. It is obvious how good Seattle is, but we are just as scary to a neutral fan...I promise. You think teams drool over the prospect of facing Julio, White, Gonzales, Samuel, Abraham, Witherspoon, and Ryan in Atlanta? While we are worrying about other teams, we need to remember to give our own team the respect it has earned.
JOKER2
If people watching this game still think the Falcons are flawed, the 49ers look like another big one just rattled the west coast and they fell right in the crack head first! They are getting WHOOOOPED physically and clearly outcoached tonight.New England had to come from behind too today against Jax of all teams and won lucky for them. Houston getting dropped also at home has to hurt thier rankings. Tommorrow's polls should look something like this:1. Atlanta2. Denver3. Green Bay4. New England5. Seattle ( if they win, # 6 if they lose))6. Houston7. Baltimore8. San Francisco9. Washington10. Cincinnatti11. Minnesota12. Chicago13...everyone else, doesn't matter
Mr.11
Some of you guys are seriously so self-conscious about this team it's ridiculous. Is it wrong to complement our potential competition? I guess in this dictatorship or socialist state, it isn't. SeasonTicketHolder108
Let them beat each other up. SF is overrated IMHO. If they come here it will be a repeat of 98. Falcons won't get any love. We will break someone's leg and win. Rise up.

I just don't like the "we are beat before we play" attitude...like we can't stand up to good teams. It is so last year...get over it. We are good. Kilgore Trout
Who the **** said they wanted to play Seattle? I've been saying the complete opposite. They're the only team I'm scared of in the NFC. I want nothing to do with them in the playoffs.
JOKER2
The one sticking point which will benefit us which was said last night before we won, " The Falcons win tonight, wrap up HFA, they are guaranteed no matter how far thier season goes to not have to play another game outside a dome the rest of the season".That is huge for us!! Can't say that for any other team who may be faced with cold, wind, snow or heavy rain during thier playoff runs. SF or Seattle having to go play in Green Bay changes thier game plan completely. Frozen field, cold, snow, wind changes alot. Same with a team like Houston having to go to Denver or NE. The Falcons play thier game and handle buisness at home= clear run back to New Orleans to finish the job. We will not be forced to play out of our element. No other team except maybe Denver or New England may have that advantage as well.

We're all very aware of how good these teams are, and we're also all very aware of how good this team is. We're just recognizing parts of their game and our game that are weaknesses and strengths. But it seems as though complements to other teams are taken as insults to our team, which I can't understand. We're a good team, yes, but it is worth recognizing that we have the benefit of playing in an enclosed stadium in the winter months during the playoffs, as opposed to playing in outdoor stadiums, especially ones like in Seattle. I've been to Seattle many times and I respect their fans as much as their team. It seems like we beat them there near the end of the season in 2010 to help nail down home field. That may have been the year they went beast mode on the Saints in the playoffs...the years all run together to me.
