Surprised By Our Offense

i expected the defense to come and play lights out but i was very impressed by how our offense put it together, turner breaking tackles, line opening holes, matty getting the ball down field into the end zone.

if we play like that in the playoffs no one will stop us.

I was impressed. We scored 14 early which we tend to do a lot and then stalled. However, in the 2nd half we came out and put them away which was great.

Our defence are the ultimate teases - they let the opponents march down the field with ease, and then just when it looks like a touchdown is inevitable, they pull it out the bag - "actually Eli, we've decided you're not going to score after all. Shame, after all that effort you've just put in getting here...."
