Ergo Proxy
Our issues in the red zone are less of a problem when compared to our ability to move the ball and avoid punts between the 20s. The Panthers hurt us a lot by forcing Rodgers to stay in to protect and by being in 3rd and long.ADDED: Basically, you have to use Quizz more early downs. Screen if you want to have a 'running game' on 1st or 2nd.BTW, the 2nd commentator nailed it on their 4-man front what it does to our offense. What any decent front-4 can do to our OL. The interior OL SUCKS!Good lord. However, Matt needs to get the ball out YET not risk the INT throws. Great post. The video of how our interior OL struggles is right there. Durrty
Matt also needs to get better with his movement within the pocket...when he sees the pocket collapsing, he has to be quick in his decision-making of where he wants to step up and make the throw.Holding the ball too long against that Giants' pass rush will turn "The Mattural" into "Mr. Happy Feet"... Just ask Drew Brees on how he is struggling after the let Carl Nicks go. You can brush off the edge rushers by moving inside the pocket but if there is no pocket its hard to get in to any rhythm.
