Top Flight
We have Charles Davis and GUS JOHNSON!!! I love this guy!! *pause* Gus makes watching football so much more exciting and now that college football is pretty much over, he and Davis are gonna call this game. Can't wait
falcons007
Charles Davis is the pre season announcer for Falcons games. He knows more about Falcons than probably any other announcer on fox.

DonDaLuvMaker
i thought gus was strictly cbs? thats pretty awesome i love the games he callsI think Gus now works for FOX doing college football games. Maybe his contract gives him some NFL games to call as well. Edited December 4, 2012 by DawnOfThemBirds
falcons007
Every time I see Joey Harrington on fox during the college games, I remember the magical season of 2007.
falken
I want to listen to Falcons radio while watching the game but it's 15 seconds ahead of the sattelite broadcast. If it was behind I could just pause the game until it was right.
ChickenBiscuit
Every time I see Joey Harrington on fox during the college games, I remember the magical season of 2007.There was a 2007 season? Strange, I don't seem to remember. Didn't they cancel the NFL that year?
Duff_Man
Good to see FOX isn't completely wasting the best announcer in sports on college.Put him back on NFL for good, FOX.

Guest Negatorris
Gus Johnson is the BEST! He's probably the only person I'd listen to over Billick. I remember that game against the Bungles in 2010 when Roddy caught that deep ball from Ryan for a TD. His reaction was EPIC!
MilleniumFalcon
Gus Johnson & Charles Davis have been working a lot of games. Davis did the Stanford / UCLA game and the Falcons / Bucs game the following day. Last week, both did the Pac-12 & Big-10 championship on back to back days. I guess with FOX not having any college football games for a while they're using them for NFL games.Charles Davis is somewhat of a Falcons homer because we use him in the preseason. Brian Baldinger was the same way but after he was replaced he seems to have some disdain for the Falcons. MilleniumFalcon
What's interesting is that we haven't been FOX's game of the week this season despite having the best record in the NFC, on the plus side is no Aikman / Buck but we'll probably get them in the playoffs. I think they get distracted but the 350 lb of chewed bubble gum just out side the end zone standing there like Jabba the Hut watching his 12 TVs saying some really stupid crap ... g-dawg
We are in Week#14 and your 11-1 Atlanta Falcons have had Fox's #1 team (Troy Aikman/Joe Buck) - guess how many times? That is right - ZERO!!!!! - I don't give a rats arss about Aikman/Buck but this is just another example of how much disrespect the Falcons get in the media. If the Falcons/Giants game is not with Aikman/Buck, then Falcons will never get the #1 team because I think those guys do about 60% of the Giants games... Sunday night game is 49ers vs Patriots so no flexing. Either Giants @ Atlanta or Packers @ Bears will get Troy Aikman / Buck.
