The Saints are a rival team, no doubt both teams are gonna say how they feel when it comes right down to it. Brees needs to realize though that the Saints run is about to be complete, they're in the worst cap situation in the NFL come offseason, their team is going to look the exact same if not worse next year.

And their coach will be in Jerry World.

and what caused a lot of that cap situation? that 20 million a year contract he held out for, makes it all the sweeter.

I must have missed it at the end of the game thursday night, but someone told me at the end of the game, drew threw his head down in disgust, but moore intercepted it, ran it into the endzone and 'scored', can anyone verify? biggrin.png

how many times has Drew Brees won the divsion since he's been here? 3 times over the span of 6 years. The Falcons have won it twice over a span of 3 years. They might beat us a lot, but they don't beat the Panthers and Bucs like that, and the Falcons have dominated those teams. The division will never belong to Skidmark or the Aints.

No kidding Hellz David Justice likes to think he can still bed Halle Berry but that ain't happening either

Well that's silly. In the past 5 years the Saints have won the division just twice. Since Drew Brees joined the Saints in 2006 the Saints have only won it 3 times.

2006: Saints (10-6)

2007: Buccaneers (9-7)

2008: Panthers (12-4)

2009: Saints (13-3)

2010: Falcons (13-3)

2011: Saints (13-3)

2012: Pretty much Falcons at this point (?-?)

Hey goofball! Your team just won the division. Let it go buddy. Time to move on. Act like you been there. Your more excited the Saints are "out" than the Falcons in. Tard.

Brees: "I feel like we are the NFC South Division Champs".

Psychiatrist: "Drew your team stinks and you are 5-7 and just threw 5 interceptions".

Brees: "I am Drew Brees, we will be going to the playoffs as the #1 seed".

Psychiatrist: "Falcons just clinched the NFC South today".

Brees: "I am Drew Brees and we own the Falcons".

Psychiatrist: "Guards, come get the straight jackets, I am checking Mr. Brees into the Milledgeville Inn(aka the Asylum)".

The division has been ours for a long time now. It may be official today but the kind of change in fortune it would have taken against us and for another team has been improbable since about the time we beat the Eagles. Which is another reason why Brees' comments are so absurd.

If you don't like us laughing at your QB's comments... feel free to GTFOOB.

Well, I may have missed something. Did he say anything other than what he said before the game to hype his team?
