4dabirds
Guess Dan Marino was a Bust too ....... Just SayingTouche! Great response! Ryan played cautiously most of the time tonight. He played good last week, and poorly the week before, but we won those 3 games despite his bad play, we also won those 3 because he still made the plays to win. We've got something special going on. I know many are not convinced and see a lot of weakness in our schedule, but we still find ways to win. You may not like how they do it, but they do it. I've been a Falcon and NFL fan for many years, and I've seen other teams with the same M.O. get to the Sb and win. The 1980 Raiders come to mind, and I'm sure I can think of others who did not impress the masses with how they played in the regular season. The Falcons are a great team, and Matt Ryan is a great QB. Tonight was really the first sign that we can still run the ball which is something that is going to have to happen to get to the superbowl The o-line has struggled all year but i still think the people we have in place can bring the ring home. crimsonhawk
He needs to step up in big games...he didnt tonight and hasnt in the playoffs.Yet we are an amazing 11-1 and for the moment have the best record in football and have a chance to clinch the division Sunday. Granted we don't always win pretty, but we do seem to win. I'll worry about the playoffs in January. Enjoy the ride man, enjoy the ride. Ergo Proxy
This team needs to find a way to play their best and get up for AND PLAY LIKE THEY ARE UP FOR a playoff game for once. This includes EVERYONE. Not just Matt Ryan.If we can get some freakin' OL for once to have an interior force for a few weeks in a row again, ATL will sweep the playoffs, SB.One can dream, right? OutofyourFalconmind
He needs to step up in big games...he didnt tonight and hasnt in the playoffs.hard to do when your interior offensive line can't pass block for sheet.
