Steel City Falcon
I'd still take him... not in the 1st but for sure in the second round. I know he has off the field issues that TD probably wouldn't go for, but the secondary would be primed with Samuel, Robinson, McClain, DeCoud, Moore, and Mathieu. Not to mention if Grimes comes back for cheap.
Sun Tzu 7
He'll be lucky to be drafted in the lower rounds.Kid has MAJOR red flags.
Bill Brasky
The rumor I heard back when he got kicked off the team is that he was hooked on that fake weed. That **** is basically smoking chemicals and will destroy your brain. Not sure I want a guy on the team that is hooked on that ****. If it was just regular real weed, and he couldn't keep it under control enough to not get kicked off a college team, that somehow to me, is even worse. Either way, not sure a return specialist and average corner is worth the baggage he brings with him.

Peyton
The guy was a great player, but with the dude still smoking weed even after he lost everything, it tells me the guy is probably not going to get his stuff back together. And let me say.....I don't care about the weed. I would smoke it every day if it was legal to do so lol, but when you know that the one thing you have to do to get your life back is stay off weed and you don't do it, I think it says something about this kids priorities. Steel City Falcon
Like I said... he has baggage issues and slim to none chance he would get the nod from the FO. But don't sleep on the dudes talent. Remember the dude was a beast last year on defense and ST.

Sun Tzu 7
So did Janoris Jenkins. He did but this situation is different.Janoris Jenkins made it back to another football program and played. Honey Badger didn't and any smaller school would have taken him in a heartbeat.Again, I could see him going in the later rounds but the kid wasn't a great cover corner as much as he was a punt/kick returner. JDaveG
Leaving aside the off-field issues, I wouldn't take him in the 2nd because I don't see him translating as a good CB at the NFL level. He'd be a great return man, but I wouldn't spend a high to mid-round pick for him. At that spot, IMHO, you can get a better DB.

Peyton
Traits that got Patrick Peterson drafted very early.Patrick Peterson has extraordinary physical talent, even at the NFL level. I don't think that is remotely true of TM. I think he is just another guy in the NFL.
youngbloodz
Honey Badger isn't close to being Patrick as a corner though. That's why he was drafted that early. Honey Badger is so overrated as a corner it isn't even funny. Plays too high. Guesses on a lot of routes. He was torched in the National Championship game. I mean just destroyed. Wouldn't take him until they 6th
OutofyourFalconmind
at best, at best....he's qualified to be a better returner than Franks.that's all.

Smiler11
Well at least the draft has it's fair share of interesting stories now - I could see him and Lattimore, depending on their situations, going undrafted.

Good enough, but not Deion Sanders or even Patrick Peterson kind of talent. The question was draft potential. Like Peterson, the kick return skills enhance value. Like Jenkins, the value for some team will override the personal problems, although the time out of football may hurt somewhat.

It will all come down to his interviews and background checks.
