WiscoFalcon
Babin just signed, anyone know the status on Cole is he on his way out?
Dizzle
Doens't matter..we wouldn't get him anyways cause no way he clears waivers either
dmite
How about we worry about that if and when that happens?
SyCo
not happening.
DonDaLuvMaker
I doubt that the Eagles will cut their best DE. I would not be surprised if they traded him during the off-season though.
Dharma Initiative
8 teams put in claims on Babin, we'd have no shot for Cole either
spanish_falcon
8 teams put in claims on Babin, we'd have no shot for Cole eitherSad but true. We better start to give massaquoi & matthews more playing time because we're going to need them in playoffs
falcons007
Cole was the reason Babin got fired. Philly media is leaking stuff that Babin was DL coach's pet and Cole didn't attend meeting with DL coach. Cole doesn't like the wide 9 crap and the DL coach and wide 9 will be gone in Philly. J-Wall
Let's worry about the Saints. Our guys are good enough obviously 10-
Faithful Falcon
I believe that they will keep Cole. Vick will probably be traded. Nnamdi will be cut. They will trade Vick to try and get a high draft pick.

At any rate, whoever might be interested better have an Impenetrable Fortress for an OL or he'll miss more games than he plays in.
Peyton
Trent Cole just signed a 60 million dollar contract with 14.5 mil guaranteed 6 months ago. Not much chance of that guy getting cut.

Steel City Falcon
Well if the 2-9 Jags claimed Babin.... don't you think it would be a bit harder for Trent Cole to make it through waivers?
Finally
Nobody is going to trade for Vick when he is scheduled to make 15.5 mil next year, so yeah, hard to trade him is right.Yep. He is not worth nearly that much. His contract was designed so they could cut him without cap penalties. He will start again next year but he won't like his new team as much. It will probably be one of the cellar dwellers not named the Jags since Khan and Blank are close friends, and Mularkey is not that stupid. xskyx
I'm sorry, but these "let's worry about that when... and focus on..." posts annoy me.I fail to see the problem in talking about a hypothetical situation. What we "focus on" in a message board isn't important to team success. Your topics per week mean jack to the front office. Just answer the guys question or steer clear of topics you don't want to "focus on"(this isn't directed at anyone in particular, so don't think i'm calling you out..)
