Jdawg08
Eagles have released Jason Babin........I know this is probably for something like we did with Ray. I can't help but look at that situation and say well they are 3-8 who wants to give 100%, come to a 10-1 team I bet he could help us alot more than any of the guys who don't get any snaps anyways! falcons007
He has to clear Waivers and the team which picks him up off waivers need to honor his contract next year. Falcons would probably on the bottom of the waiver pick up priority list. Edited November 27, 2012 by falcons007
Sun Tzu 7
Oh please let him clear waivers! Then he could decide where he goes and he could come here. He's the missing piece on the D-line.
Rai
he's a proven pass rusher. him opposite abraham on passing downs would be terror for the quarterbacks.obviously on the cheap though.
daybumper
no chance he clears waivers . Watch a team like Redskins pick him up

Jdawg08
a small one year deal would be amazing he already has made his money for this season!
FalconofShadows
Im not one to jump on the "Bring him home TD" but we really need another pass rusher I say sign Babin release Sidbury since it seems he will never play anyway. Then keep Babin Inactive for a couple weeks to let him learn the playbook then unleash him in the playoffs
DonDaLuvMaker
He is nothing outside of the wide 9 technique.

slamee101
How much salary would we be forced to pick up? I'm intrigued but I wouldn't take on anything more than a couple million.

jeffro2000
I could see Washington because of injuries, and Detroit because of scheme, same with St. Louis. However, neither of those teams really need him, but everybody could use a pass rusher. I just don't think he is that good outside of the wide 9 scheme. He has never showed it anywhere else. He is due 4.5 milnext plus Lions are out of it . I say Redskins or Cincy

Sun Tzu 7
How much salary would we be forced to pick up? I'm intrigued but I wouldn't take on anything more than a couple million.According to ESPN:Babin, 32, had a career-best 18 sacks for the Eagles last season after re-signing with the team as a free agent two offseasons ago with a five-year, $28 million contract. Dharma Initiative
Babin has 2 good years and has been a nonfactor the rest of his career. We've made this mistake before

kane#7
If he clears Waivers Bring him in... I don't want his contract, he cannot play the run and is a situational pass rusher.Would be amazing on obvious pass downs.
