falcons007
It changes every week, Giants were supposed to be the best and they lost their way. Packers started off poorly and then got hot un till yesterday. Niners were the best team till they got beaten by Vikings and a tie game at home to St louis put all kinds of question marks. Bears were supposed to be the best and they have lost couple of games recently. Patriots,Denver and Tampa were the only team blowing out other teams in last 5 weeks. dmite
Yeah I don't think it is even a conversation. Eli has never won a home playoff game, but he's won three straight road games to get to the Super Bowl twice. He beat the Falcons there last year. Peyton
He beat the Falcons there last year.Oh yeah, I was trying to forget that one lol.Correction.Eli is 1-2 at home in the playoffs.5-1 on the road.

Rajhae Battle
This is the point i have been making all year, who is the dominant team? Is it NE? they score a lot of points, however they lost to Arizona, & Seattle.(they also lost to the Ravens but that was a close "L" to a good team). What about SF? well they lost to the Vikings, tied with the Rams & got "dumped trucked" by the Giants. The 1 loss Texans? well in that 1 loss to GB,they got dominated, plus we are always criticized for close wins, Houston has went into overtime against the Jags & Lions but i guess them winning in OT is a sign of their dominance. The Bears got dominated 2 weeks in a row, by good teams, but dominated none the less. The Packers have 4 losses, & even thought they beat the big bad Texans, doesn't losing 4 out of 11 games eliminate you from being considered dominant? Last but not least we have the G-men, now my previous point about them having 4 losses should count for them too, but the Giants are the world champs & they can turn it on "at will". The media may consider them dominant, but they lost to the Eagles, Cowboys,Steelers, & Bengals, the word for them should be "inconsistent". I would be better with the media saying no one is a dominant team this year, (parity at it's finest), before claiming one of the usual suspects. There is of course a team that is 4 yards away from being undefeated, & where they have had some close wins, no one has dominated them, but heck, why would they consider a team like that dominant? schwarzenegger321
Let me start off by saying that i dont care what the so called sports media thinks about our team at all, they don't matter. That being said one of the announcers in yesterdays game said something that got me to thinking, he said that the falcons have not beat a team with a winning record when they played them the entire season. Of course all of us that have actually watched the games know that yesterday was the 3rd time that it has happened this season. So i got to thinking surely there must be some teams out there that are beating teams with winning records all the time, the funny thing is after going back and looking at the record of each team that has a winning record at this point in the season i am unable to find that team that has beat more than 3 teams that had a winning record when they played them.Am i missing something here? There may be a couble with 4 to be honest i didnt spend a whole lot of time but either way there are a lot of teams with bad records this year. There does not seem to be a real Dominant team this year the Texans and the 49ers are no doubt the two most physicaly dominat teams but even they have beat some pretty bad teams just like the rest of the division leaders.Thoughts?I had this custom team once on Madden 2004 I think it was. Awesome team. Scored 40 - 50 pts every game on the all pro setting and I usually kept the other team to under 20. Would throw for 400+ yards most games and have at least one RB with 100+ yards. They were pretty dominant. Maybe we can be like them one day. kiwifalcon
For me the last 2 weeks the most dominant team without a doubt is the 49ers.Seriously they straight up crushed the Bears and the Saints yesterday there defense is a beast.I would say GB aswell just because of Aaron Rodgers much like NE with Brady and the Giants yesterday looked back to thee best aswell so theres probably about 4 teams out there but for me at the moment the Niners to me look like the team weather not having a proven QB going down the stretch kills them thats the only ? for me. *TMo*
You have to play the teams on the schedule. It doesn't matter what their record is. Ours is really good.

Almost had to stop playing Madden forever, because I told my wife a long time ago that I would stop playing forever if I shut out every team all year.Yeah, I stopped playing Madden several years ago because of this. I never shut out 12 in a row before though. I always played on the hardest setting and to me, the reason I liked the game, was because it was the most realistic sports game out there for football. Now, it is not realistic at all. Still not that hard to go undefeated. The game needs to be configured. There should be more wins by a point or two. MilleniumFalcon
Eli Manning is the only QB I've ever heard of that has a better road record than home record....for at least one more week.38-28 at home38-27 on roadThat doesn't even count the playoffs, where the dude has an 0-2 record at home, and a 6-1 record on the road.Didn't they beat us at home last season? Saints held them at bay for a while and then we saw what happened in the 4th. God knows what they would do to ours....
Passprotection
One thing I have noticed! Giants are very very hard to beat at home. They play twice as good there. WE do not want to have to play at their house for sure!Been there, done that, got two points.
russ7000
I think 10 -1 speaks volumes in this league and everyone is going to see how for real we are if we keep this up
